WELCOMEWelcome to the Reading Fringe Festival 20162016 started with a bang for Reading, as it welcomed in the Year of Culture. A chance to celebrate all that is fantastic about Reading’s arts community.This year in honour of 2016 the RFF have gone for a whole new look and increased the number of acts that we have on offer, the festival is positively bursting at the seams with comedy, art and thea-tre.
