RBSK USER MANUAL

Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram Application (RBSK) is aimed at screening over 27 crore

children in the age group of 0-18 years for 4 D’s-Defects at birth, Diseases, Deficiencies, and

Development Delays including Disabilities. Children diagnosed with illnesses receive follow up

including surgeries at tertiary level, free of cost under NRHM. Hence RBSK portal helps in

keeping an online record of all the activities of the RBSK program. RBSK have been developed

as reference about the selected health conditions and explaining screening by Look, Ask and

Perform especially for the Mobile Health Teams.

The Job aids consist of pictorials, guiding tools, reference charts, list of Equipment for Mobile

Health Team for Screening, Micro-planning .Register formats, Screening tool cum Referral

cards, will add value to the screening process and will help to standardize screening

methodology. The Job aids along with Participants’ manual will build capacity of RBSK Mobile

Health teams. The job aids are to be carried to the field by each member of the Mobile Health

Team and use it as handy reference.

1. Admin Login

Enter the credentials for Admin Login. Below page will be displayed

a. District User

i. Create Employee

To add a new employee go to District User and select Create Employee and enter

details

ii. Create Team

To create a new Team go to District User and select Create Team and enter details.

b. Masters

i. Driver Master

To add new driver go to Masters and click Driver Master.

ii. Vehicle Master

To add a vehicle got to Masters and select Vehicle Master.

iii. Employee Transfer

To transfer an employee from one Team to another Team go to Masters and

select Employee Transfer.

c. Disable Masters

i. Disable Employee

To delete an employee go to Disable Masters and select Disable Employee.

ii.Disable Driver

To delete a Driver go to Disable Master and select Disable Driver.

iii.Disable Vehicle

To delete a vehicle go to Disable Master and select Disable Vehicle.

d. Dashboard

For various Reports select Dashboard.

e. Audit Log

For User login history go to Audit log and choose “From date” and “To date”. Log is

displayed.

f. Change Password

To change password go to Change Password option.

2. Team Login

After entering Team login credentials below page is displayed.

After selecting District and Mandal Name home page of Team Login is displayed.

a.Team User

i. Microplan

To schedule a visit to a School/Anganwadi go to Team User and select

Microplan.

In the above page click on details to view student details, below page will be show.

In the above page click here is selected, then the below preliminary particulars page is

displayed

a. After screening if “NO” is selected in Disease’s/Condition Found, then the below page

is displayed

a. After screening if “YES” is selected in Disease’s/Condition Found, then the below page

is displayed

To enter new student details, click on Click here for new student entry

b. After screening if “NO” is selected in Disease’s/Condition Found, then the below page is

displayed

c. After screening if “YES” is selected in Disease’s/Condition Found, then the below page

is displayed

ii. Screened Student Details

To view the screened students list go to Team user and select Screened Student

Details.

iii.Second Visit to School

To enter second visit details, go to Team user and select Second visit to school.

iv.Delete Microplan

To delete a microplan, go to Team User and select Delete Microplan.

b.Followup User

i.Followup Microplan

Details of students after DEIC follow-up will be displayed here.

c.Masters

i.Student Class Promote

To update student’s class got to Masters and select Students Class Promote.

d. Dashboard

To view MIS reports go to Dashboard.

e. Change Password

To change password go to Change Password option.

3. DEIC Login

Enter valid credentials for DEIC login. Below page is displayed

a. Employee Register

To enter employee details in DEIC, select Employee Register and fill the details.

b. Print

To get the printed details of the referred student go to Print option and click submit

after filling the details

After “Submit” is clicked below page is displayed.

If we click “Details” of the above page an Assessment Form-Record Sheet is generated.

Back: To go the Print page select “Back”.

Print: To take the printout click on “Print”. Below screen will appear.

c. Referral

To view details of Referred students click on Referral. Below page will be displayed.

Click on “Details” to get students list details. Below page is displayed.

For individual student details select “Details”.

d. Direct DEIC Visit

i. Preliminary Particulars

Students who have directly visited DEIC, their details are entered through

Preliminary Particulars page. Below is the page.

ii.Referral

The list of referred students is displayed.

To get details of individual students click on “Details”.

f. Change Password

To change the password select “Change Password”.
