ATM’s There are no ATM machines located in Randal Tyson Track Center

CAMERA POLICY Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted inside the facility. However, professional camera equipment,

camera bags and camera lenses exceeding 6” in length, monopods, tripods and video cameras are

prohibited inside the facility. Flash photography is not permitted. Any capture of images still or motion

for the purposes of advertising, promotions, trade or resale by patrons is prohibited. The recording of

events and the public distribution without prior written permission is a violation of Southeastern

Conference and University of Arkansas policies.

CONCESSIONS

The concession stand is located in the north lobby of Randal Tyson Track Center. There are no vending

machines in the track facility. Outside food or beverages are not permitted.

DIRECTIONS TO THE RANDAL TYSON TRACK CENTER

The University of Arkansas campus is accessed from Interstate 49 at three major exits: 60 (Razorback

Road), 62 (Martin Luther King Blvd.) and 64 (Weddington Road). The core athletic facilities (with

the exception of Baum Baseball Stadium and the Tyson Indoor Track Center) are located between

Razorback Road on the west and Stadium Drive on the east and Maple Street on the North and Sixth

Street (Martin Luther King Blvd) on the South.

DISABILITY SEATING

Wheelchair and companion seating are available in the Randal Tyson Track Center. Please ask the

nearest event staff member to assist you to these areas.

DOORS OPEN/DOOR LOCATION

The doors will open 1 hour prior to the start of competition. Public entrance to Randal Tyson Track

Center is through the center, east doors between Randal Tyson Track Center and the Fowler Family

Baseball and Track Facility

EVACUATION

In case of the need for evacuation, instructions will be given over the public address system. Event

staff members will assist in directing fans to the appropriate exits from the facility.

EVENT POLICIES Rowdy, threatening, unsafe or inappropriate conduct including profane, racial, sexist, abusive or

intimidating comments or actions, fighting, smoking, drunkenness and throwing of any object in the

tennis facility will not be tolerated and can result in ejection. UA policy strictly prohibits anyone from

entering the sideline or field without proper credentials. The UA reserves the right to remove a fan

from the premises if, in the sole discretion of event management personnel, the fan’s conduct

endangers or disrupts the environment. Re-entry is permitted. Public address announcements are

restricted to event management information and emergency situations only.

FAN CODE OF CONDUCT Razorback fans are the best of the best. They model this by loudly supporting the Razorbacks and

displaying respect and good sportsmanship toward the visiting team and visiting fans. The NCAA,

SEC and UA have assigned a high priority to assuring athletic events are conducted in a safe and

enjoyable atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship by spectators, student-athletes and

coaches. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants, officials, those around you, and

event management in a positive manner and treating others with courtesy and respect.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the event of inclement weather, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. Gate

personnel and ushers will assist you per instructions provided. If the meet schedule is adjusted in any

way, updated information regarding the schedule of events will be done by public address

announcements and available on www.arkansasrazorbacks.com.

LOST CHILDREN Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact the nearest event staff member. That person will

then contact the proper personnel to insure the quickest remedy to the situation.

LOST & FOUND

Please bring any found items to one of the event staff members. After the event, all unclaimed items

will be turned over to our facilities management office located in room 116 in Barnhill Arena. If you

have any questions please contact Kathi George at 479-575-4959.

MEDIA INQUIRES

Media inquiries should be handled by the Razorback Athletics Media Relations Department at 479-

575-2751.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE EMS personnel are available in the facility. Please report any medical assistance needs to an event

staff member. They will be happy to assist you in accessing emergency personnel if needed.

MERCHANDISE & MATCH PROGRAMS

There are no merchandise sales at Randal Tyson Track Center. The closest is at Hog Heaven across

Razorback Road in the southwest corner of Bud Walton Arena. Complimentary meet schedules will

be available at the marketing and promotions table in the north lobby of the facility.

PARKING

Free public parking for the Arkansas regular season indoor meets and is available in the Baum Stadium

East Lot off Razorback Road. Additional public parking will be available on non-baseball game days

directly north of the Baum Stadium. Handicap parking is available in the Tyson Track Handicap Lot

off of Baum Drive.

SMOKING/TOBACCO FREE

Effective July 1, 2008 The University of Arkansas campus became tobacco free. This means no

cigarettes, pipes, cigars, dip or chew anywhere on campus and includes no exiting the track facility

for tobacco use outside the facility or in the parking lot.

Tickets will be on sale for all Indoor Track Meets. University of Arkansas Students and childten

17 and under are free. For ticket information about other Arkansas sports call the Razorback

THROWING ITEMS

The throwing of items is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Offenders are subject to

removal from the facilities and/arrest.
