Ravestein Container Pontoon BV was established in

1988 in order to put the Ravestein Container Pontoon

system on the market. RCP, located in Deest near

the river the Waal, offers nowadays a wide variety of

standardized modular equipment. The entire process

from engineering to fabrication to putting into service

is in the safe hands of our engineers and craftsmen

employed by RCP.

RCP has developed standardized ranges of equipment in

Flat top barges, jackup platforms, dredging equipment,

in both mono-hull and modular shape. The RCP Modular

system based on Standard ISO Container dimensions

allow the modular equipment to be put at work around

the world quickly and cost effective. Besides the

standardized equipment RCP can offer you a solution cut

to your requirements for a wide variety of pontoons.

The RCP Modular system has the following advantages:

Minimum production costs

RCP’s modules can be manufactured rapidly, efficiently

and the keenest possible price.

Minimum transport costs

The RCP Modules are based on Standard ISO Container

dimensions. Handling as container freight cannot be

done more easily or cheaply.

Easy and safe assembly

Assembly and disassembly is simple and can be done

in one way only. The system, without moving parts,

requires no entry inside the units.

The system allows units to be omitted or added to put

equipment at work in an optimum configuration.

Ravestein patented Dovetail Couplings

are available from stock providing easy,

quick and strong connections between

large steel structures. The couplings

are available in Light Duty, SWL 35T

and Heavy Duty, SWL of 75T strains in

all directions. This GL classed coupling

system has proven itself over many

years in marine, dredging and offshore

applications.

Jacking SystemsOur proven and reliable standard jacking systems range from our standard conventional cylinder gripper systems, to advanced automated continuous jacking systems. The continuous systems can be fitted with advanced damping system to increase operational sea states. Up to clients requests, several components can be delivered such as the complete Jackhouses, HPU’s, Control systems and Spudlegs.
