EFHA-KOHINOOR liefert fur die Werbetechnik ein umfangreiches Sortiment anEffektrastern. Diese unterscheiden sich durch ihre Linienfeinheit oder Maserung.Verbunden mit farbigen Tonplatten konnen, wie die Abbildungen zeigen, wirkungs-volle Effekte erzielt werden. Sie werden auf Polyesterfilm hochster MaBhaltigkeithergestellt und zeichnen sich durch eine auBerst feinkornige Emulsion aus. ZurVerbesserung der Kopierfdhigkeit sind sie mit einer wlderstandsfdhigen Anti-Newton-Schicht versehen. Der Aufbau der Rasterelemente beim Kontaktraster hatvon der transparentesten Stelle bis zum gedeckten Kern fur jeden Rastertyp einenexakt berechneten, idealen Kurvenlauf, der eine hervorragende Punktschdrfe,kurze Belichtungszeit und optimale Wiedergabe-Charakteristik gewdhrleistet.Effekt-Raster konnen bei Diffusions- und Rapid-Access-Verfahren eingesetztwerden . Zur besonderen graphischen Gestaltung konnen Effekt-Rasterungenauch mit einer zweiten Rasterung, die mit Normal-Raster erfolgt, kombiniertwerden. Hierbei wird von einer Vorlage eine Rasterung mit Effekt-Raster ange-fertigt und eine zweite Rasterung mit einem Kontaktraster und feiner Lineatur, dieaber so gehalten ist, daB sie nur zeichnungsunterstutzend wirkt. Sie konnen'mehrfarbig aber auch einfarbig gedruckt werden. Bei mehrfarbigen Arbeiten muBmit PaBkreuzen gearbeitet werden, damit die PaBgenauigkeit erhalten ist und keinedoppelten Konturen entstehen konnen. Tonstufenraster bieten ebenso Kombi-nationsmoglichkeiten mit Effekt-Rasterungen.Sie konnen als ein- und mehr-farbige Tonplatten die Rasterungen wirkungsvoll unterstulzen.

Die praktische Arbeit mit Grau-Effekt-Kontaktraster wird nach der auf der Seite 10in unserer Broschure ,,Raster und ihre Anwendung beschriebenen Methodedurchgefrihrt, wdhrend die Anwendung von Magenta-Rastern auf Seite 15 be-schrieben ist.Korn-Kontaktraster werden nicht nur zur Erzielung werblicher Effekte, sondernauch bei schwierigen Reproduktionen zur Vermeidung von Moire-Erscheinungeneingesetzt. Besonders ftir die Verarbeitung bereits gerasterter Vorlagen leistendiese Raster hervorragende Dienste. Bei der Herstellung von Farbauszugen mitden Korn-Kontaktrastern ist keine Winkeldrehung notwendig. Es genugt einfachesVersetzen des Rasters, uffi die Moir6bildung zu vermeiden. The shown illustra-tions demonstrate the outstanding effect which can be achieved incombination with coloured tone plates.They differ according to their purpose, ruling and structure. They aremanufactured on polyester base filnn materral of the highest dimen-sional stability and distinguish themselves by an extremely fine grainemulsion, which is coated with a resistent material, dqsigned toprevent Newton rings. The change in density of each screen elementhas been exactly specif ied to ensure excellent sharpness, shortexposure times and an optimum reproduction characteristic. Effectscreens can also be used for all diffusion transfer-, stabilisation- andrapid access processes.Contact screens have a fixed basic density range. The range can bealtered either by the application of flash and no-screen exposures orthe use of filters.

With grey contact screens the change is achieved by the use of theflash or no-screen exposure.
