Our major export markets are Europe, Scandinavia and USA where our customers are A-list high street stores. Over the years, we have achieved our growth through firm commitment and excellent service to our customers by providing quality
products constantly attuned to the ever changing fashion trends.
Started in 1989 by 2 first generation entrepreneurs-
Rashmi Choudhary and Ashok Choudhary, the Company has grown
manifold under their strong leadership to supply quality products to
all international brands of repute.
The astute fashion sense and strong public relation skills of Rashmi
ably supported by strong administrative skills and financial
management of Ashok have lead the company to its present
standing.
Gunjan Poddar (Alumnus NIFT) adds the much needed haute
Couture/catwalk inspiration into the designs to cater to high fashion
brands.
Anjali Rajgarhia (Alumnus SRCC) brings to the table, knowledge
that compliance to ever changing social audit norms requires to
make sure that we conduct the business ethically and are able to
give back to society.

We adhere to all environmental & safety norms.

C O D E O F C O N D U C T• All our factories are compliant to local labour laws and factory rules with well defined environment and safety policies.
House-Keeping• Clean, well ventilated and well furnished work areas are provided in all production departments.
• Constant housekeeping ensures a dust free environment.
• Adequate lighting is provided as per international norms.
Health & Safety• All machines are equipped with safeguards to ensure safety of all operators.
• All the work floors have two fire exits clearly marked, sprinkler system in the basement, hose reels on all work floors, 2
fire extinguishers and functional fire alarm systems with manual cuff points. Regular fire drills are undertaken every
quarter.
• All employees are provided with proper seating arrangements and a dining hall for meals. All personnel are provided with
RO Purified water for drinking purposes.
• Trained First-aid personnel are available on hand for any assistance and contingencies.

Needle Safety Policy
• Specific to product manufacturing, a definitive needle and sharp point policy is adopted with needle
detection machines and a system of statistical process control (SPC) for ensuring safety of the ultimate
user.
Environmental Policy
• Effective arrangement is made in the form of proper drainage and disposal of waste.
• All chemicals used in the manufacturing process adhere to the environmental norms.
The Company does not employ any worker under the age of 18 years

• We at Rashmi Fashion Bags are committed to protect the environment and have integrated the same value in our production chain. Efficient production planning to minimise wastages, efficient disposal of wastes and treatment of the discharged effluents is strictly adhered to.
• We are striving to invest in research for Recycled/sustainable fabrics progressively to be able to create fashion products which are environmental friendly and fashionable too.
