“Applying Nature’s Solutions To Industrial Air Pollution

Control Problems.”

Our ProductsADS™ Dry Fog Dust Collection Systems

Clouds are natures dust collectors. ADS™ dry fog utilizes the natural principal of agglomeration to collect and return airborne dust to its source. Unlike other technologies, dry fog does not require a system of ducts, dampers, and fans or secondary dust handling. Rather, it collects dust at its source and puts it directly back into the ow of product.

The heart of the dry fog system is the dual uid sonic nozzle that produces true fog. The nozzles resist plugging, have wide ow range, operate at low pressure, and are able to project their fog where it’s needed. And dry fog works in almost any climate.

Applications: Crushing, screening, conveying, loading, and unloading.

ADS™ Dust Extinction SystemsRain is nature’s method of suppressing the release of dust into the air. TRC oers a variety of dust suppression systems including truck dump deluge and mist, conveyor ore condi-tioning, and stockpile “yard” cannons intended to increase surface moisture to the extinction level or deliver crusting agents to seal the surface.

Wind Erosion ControlWind is natures conveyor system. It erodes and moves mountains transporting the ner particles high into the atmosphere and big particles hopping along the ground for miles. If the mountain is your ore stockpile, you can lose valuable product.

TRC oers engineered WeatherSolve wind fences ranging from small, portable panels to create containment for our dry fog or suppression systems to massive fences up to 100 feet high and miles long to protect stockpiles or entire industrial sites.

Applications: Stockpiles, truck dumps, ROM bins, open process buildings, emergency storage, active construction sites.

Minerals MiningWherever containment is possible, from truck dump to rening, dry fog is a low cost, high eciency solution to fugitive dust. It uses very little water, consumes much less power than dust extraction, and it’s easy to maintain. For uncontained applications, our ADS™ dust “Extinction” ore conditioning utilize every point of ore mixing to achieve uniform, controlled ore humidity.

If wind is stealing your precious minerals or disturbing your neighbors, WeatherSolve wind fences are the answer.

In the most dicult cases, all of our technologies may be needed to meet stringent environmental regulations.

Power GenerationFrom coal mine truck dump to power plant fuel bunker, TRC ADS™ dry fog with ASGCO containment accessories, water or water + additive coal conditioning, and wind fences oer a total solution to dust control.

When you burn PRB and other dusty, dangerous coals there’s no reason to risk the safety of your employees or the production of power. ADS™ dry fog is less expensive, equally ecient, and MUCH SAFER than dust extraction with dry collectors.

Ports

Dry bulk cargo ports are often located in environmentally sensitive areas and highly visible. Good dust control at ship loading and unloading and in the stock yards is critical.

ADS™ dry fog, wet dust extinction, wind fences, engineered chutes, and the full complement of conveyor accessories including belt scrapers and washers, belt tracking devices, and loading zone containment and support are required

Our PurposeThe eruption of Mount St Helens, tornados, forest fires, dust storms - these events represent the power of nature to pollute. The effect of gentle fog, a torrential rain storm, a sharp cold front - these are natures cleansing forces. The result is a balance that permits a crystal clear winter day, a brilliant moonlit night, or a burning desert sunset.

The Raring Corporation is dedicated to solving industrial air pollution control problems through under-standing and applying those natural balancing forces that work to cleanse the environment. The distin-guishing characteristics of our solutions are high system efficiency, low energy input, and simplicity of design and operation.

This brochure is intended as a statement of our purpose rather than a catalogue of our products. The Raring Corporation is an industry leader with years of experience in the developing creative air pollution control solutions.
