Solution Overview
The RAP system is based on the Rooms and Resources
DB and provides the following features :
1. On-line status of the resource agenda on any display including resource owner and subject (subject can be hidden)
2. Sending instant messages to each resource resource display individually
3. Sending agenda for a specific event to each resource display individually
4. Dynamically create multi resources view on a single display (1,2,3 or 4)
5. Centralized management
