• SALOON WAS CERTIFIED BY Mumbai based ISO Auditors’ International Certification Services (Asia) Pvt. Ltd, accredited by Australia and New Zealand- Joint Accreditation System.

• Just two other saloons in the world have achieved this distinction in the field of hair styling.

• His list of clients includes well known cine and television stars, bureaucrats, ministers, industrialists, MLA’s and MP’s.

STRATEGY

• The reason to get ISO certified was to go global and meet the competitive threats in home.

• Start operations in Malaysia with a local partner.• Strengthening the brand in India but establishing

presence in the other metros in India. • Convert the sole proprietorship company in to a Private

Ltd. Company .• The franchise route is ruled out so as not to dilute the

standards.

OPERATIONAL STRATEGY

• Initially the service was based on ‘First Come, First Served Basis’, after being certified its is not based on prior appointments.

• The saloon uses disposable equipment, sterilized grooming kits, neck capes, imported disposable saving kits and offers shower facilities.

• Every time a customers to the saloon a job card is prepared detailing his personal preferences and allergies to products.

• Records of visits are maintained and remainders are sent about the next appointment are sent to the customers.
