In the premises of Ramakrishna Vidya Mandir (CBSE) on August 15, 2018, a colorful presentation was

presented by the students on the occasion of 72th Independence Day by patriotic devotional songs and dances.

The chief guest of the program, former Joint Chairman of Aditya Birla Group, Mr. Ajay Shrivastava, Special

Guest, Mrs. Amita Shrivastava, (Senior PGT Physics, Aditya Birla Public School), Principal of Ramakrishna Vidya

Welcome address by Swami Supradiptananda Ji Maharaj, Principal of RKVM (CBSE).

Fancy dress was displayed on the theme of Community Helpers by the young kids of Billey Kidzy. The students of

RKVM (CBSE) and RKVM (MPBSE) - Shruti Sharma 10th (A) and Pranav Moghe 10th (B) and Jhanvi Gurjar 9th (B),

delivered simultaneously speeches in Hindi, English and Sanskrit. The speeches prominently focused on the

importance of freedom for us and the excitement (of independence) to do work for the progress and development of

the nation.

On the occasion of Independence Day, the chief guest also honoured meritorious students by cash prizes, who got

good marks last year.

Likewise, Swami Brahamanda Award was given to M.Shankutla Mandrake and to the students of the Ramakrishna

Vidya Mandir (State Board) ,two students and one teacher of Roshni Ramakrishna Mission Ashram also got the

cash award for their better performance.

were to make aware about the importance of cleanliness, in or around a tourist destination and maintain the beauty of

monuments of national and cultural importance. They also discussed about the greater opportunities the tourism

industry offers for the new generation. The workshop included screening of documentary, experts lectures, quiz

competition for students and distributions of gifts and refreshment. Students from classes 4th to10th participated in

157th Birth Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda 2018-19 Cultural Program (Recitation, Speech & Bhajan

Competition & Sports Competitions were organized from 9th January to 12th January 2019.

The 157th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda ji was organized on 9th January at Ramakrishna Mission

Ashram Gwalior where Speech competition for school, Bhajan competition and recitation competition for primary level

students were being organized. The Chief Guest of the inaugural session was Shri Dinesh Shukla Ji, Joint

Commissioner, Special Guest A.P.S Bhadoria Ji, Smt Ranjana, Deputy Commissioner were also present. Swami

Raghvendranand Ji Maharaj Encouraged the students by focusing on “the way you think you become” like concept.

The chief Guest also motivated the participants by their touchy words of inspiration.

RKVM (MPBSE) student from class VI came second in “lesson recitation competition” where as Unnati Chaurasia,

Class XII (MPBSE) student came 2nd in speech competition The Chal Vaijanti shield went to Gwalior Glory School for

their all round performance in all feats.

On 10th January 2019, All Participants, Teachers, Co-ordinatiors, Audience had first walked to the grand play ground

of Ramakrishna Vidya Mandir at Sharda Balgram in the morning to witness the Inter-School Sports Feat “Chal Vaijanti

Khel Pratiyogita“,

On this Occasion, Shrimad Swami Raghavendrananda Ji Maharaj, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama,

Gwalior.

The Chief Guest of the day for the Opening Event Shri Vinod Sharma Ji, Commissioner, Muncipal Corportation,

Gwalior.

In the second session of the competition along with prize distribution Shri Dr. Ashok Purohit, a Dental Surgeon, Supdt.

Today was the fourth and Final Day of 157th Birth Anniversary Celebrations of Swami Vivekanand Jayanti. The grand

Ceremony of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti Closing Ceremony was held at the Vivekananda Garden of Jiwaji University

Premises. On the Fourth and Final Day of Vivekananda’s Celebration (157th Birth Anniversary), There was a 2 km rally

in a tractor that was adorned with statue of Swami Vivekananda and was being carried in a decorated trolley. The

program was organized at the Vivekanand Park of Jiwaji University. The program was inaugurated by Swami

Raghavendranand ji Maharaj along with Guest, by lighting a lamp before the statue of Swami Vivekanand ji.The Chief
