Safety & Security (S&S) Guidelines
Gate 1 and Gate 3 are open, Gate 2 is closed
Vehicles violating any parking rules will be towed at the owner's expense with zero tolerance
Young brothers are requested to kindly allow elders and sisters to use parking spaces close to
the Masjid.
Carpooling is highly recommended.
Children under 7 years old are to be sent to Al-Iman School building for baby-sitting.
Children 7 and up are to stay with their parents
Children who cause any mischief will be sent home with their parents.
Children are not allowed to play ball, therefore they should not bring any ball.
Everyone is requested to leave the Masjid immediately after the first eight ( 8 ) Rakah of Ta-
raweeh and/or the first Witr prayer, except for those who are praying twenty Rakah of Taraweeh
Your cooperation with S& S by adhering to the above guidelines is highly appreciated.
Women’s Committee Services
The Women's Committee will provide baby-sitting free of charge in the Al-Iman school ( brick )
building during Ramadan. Please read the following guidelines:
No children under 7 years old are allowed in the Musallah. All cell phones must to turned off or
set to vibrate. No talking or socializing in Musallah or isles.
For 3 - 7 year old children, there will be arts, crafts, games or group activities.
Children below 3 years should be with their mothers in the Al-Iman School building or in the Play
Room beside Sisters ’ Musallah on 2nd floor. Mothers are responsible for watching their own
children of this age group.
Children below 10 years are not allowed to go by the elevator by themselves or run around in the
isles or lobby. Any such children without parents watching them, will be handed out to the secu-
rity.
Parents should pick up their children immediately after the first Witr prayers.
All parents are requested to abide by the guidelines and cooperate with the Women ’ s Commit-
tee volunteers.
Iftar-us-Saim:
Daily iftaars for our single brothers and sisters and those who aretravelers. Please donate to this great cause for great rewards.Please see the kitchen manager br. Zaitoun or br. Muamar Dahnounor br. Mohamed Boutrid if you would like to participate.
EID-UL-FITREid-ul-Fitr Salah will be held, inshaa Allah, at the Expo Center atthe State Fairgrounds. Pleasecheck our web site for Eid an-nouncements. On Eid day, pleasecome early and bring a prayer rugwith you.Please follow the safety & securitypersonnel instructions.
Vendors are required to registerno later than Monday September6th. There is a $100.00 fee pertable. Only provided tables andspace can be used. Violators willbe asked to leave.
All material intended for distri-bution must be approved by theIAR office prior to EID day. Noapprovals will be given on EIDDay. Distribution of material isallowed in designated areas onlyor at your table. No exceptions willbe granted.
