WEBNOTE (For the Candidates applied under CAP Category)
It is to inform all the applicants who have claimed reservation under Children of Armed
Personnel (CAP) category that the verification of the certificates will be held at RGUKT
– Basar on 10.11.2020 at 9:00 AM.
This shall be noted that the candidates whose parents are domiciled in Telangana
based on the Permanent Address / Home Town declared by them while joining the
service and as recorded in their Service Register are alone eligible to be considered
under “CAP” Category.
The applicants should bring the following documents while they come for certificate
verification.
1. CAP Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer of the concerned District
in the case of Ex-Servicemen (Format as attached at Appendix – A)
OR
CAP certificate issued by the Officer in Command / Competent Authority of
the Unit in the case of Serving Armed Forces personnel, BSF and CRPF (Format
as attached at Appendix – A).
2. Certificate duly mentioning the permanent Home address declared at the time
of Joining Armed Forces as recorded in the Service Register (Format as
attached at Appendix – B).
3. A photocopy of Identity Card of his/her parent issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare
Officer / Competent Authority.
4. Certificates of Gallantry Award, Gazette Notification, Copies of Part-II Order
and other relevant documents if claims under Priority-I, Priority-II and Priority-III.
The candidates shall also bring one set of Xerox copies of the following.
1. Hall Ticket of 10th Class Board Examination.
2. Grade Sheet of 10th Class Board Examination.
3. SSC Transfer Certificate (TC) and Conduct Certificate.
4. Study certificates (from 4th class to 10th Class)
5. Caste/Community certificate issued by the competent authority (Meeseva
Only)
Note: The candidates may note that mere attending certificate verification does not
guarantee a seat.
