Inaddition, IRCTC has budget accommodation in the station building & construction of MFCawarded by RLDA has also started. As such, Consultant was advised to give currentmarket trends and have advised that due to excess inventory of hospitality relatedaccommodation in budget segment there is no fresh demand in the market for the entireland parcel of 1.5 Ha. Therefore bid has been invited offering only 5000 Sqm of landparcel as of now which can accommodate about 75 room inventory.

Hon’ble High Court has decided thematter in favour of RLDA on 02.05.2018. Consultation for Financial & Marketing hasbeen fixed on 01.08.2018. appeal has been filed by developer in the Double bench DelhiHigh Court.
