Fayez Partnership (KSA) and Dar Al Omran (Jordan). The holistic understanding of the project life cycle and construction

Successfully developed the master concept plan for important urban areas and historical sites in the region like Sidon
city/Lebanon in the (International completion-2nd
award) which was submitted to UNISCO. I proposed the new master
plan strategies for the lagoons as well as for the heritage area of Sharjah /UAE which was awarded in (international
competition-1st
award).I developed a conceptual planning study to develop old vegetable market area in Riyadh /KSA
which was approved by Riyadh Municipality .I participated in many high level planning studies during my work with the
government of Abu Dhabi including: Abu Dhabi Logistics and Export city (feasibility study) – DOT, Abu Dhabi Community
Facilities Planning Standards – UPC, Safety and Security Manual – UPC, General review on the Capital District Planning –
EC/UPC.
Successfully designed many award winning architectural and urban design competitions and mega projects including

projects for the Ministry of Interior in KSA.
Served as a senior site architect supervising the construction works of world class mixed use projects (Al Kout Mall, Al
Manshar Mall & Residential Towers and Rotana Hotel with a budget of 200 million USD).
Acted as a project manager and effectively led the Abu Dhabi Courthouse and Detainees building (120 million USD) projects.
Successfully led project management team for Abu Dhabi Headquarters projects at Musanda (Government of Abu Dhabi)
Assigned as a program coordinator to follow up the contracts of the international PMCs (Parsons & AECOM) working
with the government on 3.5 billion USD projects portfolio and manage (directly and indirectly) a team of project managers

King Abdul Aziz Historical Center (Library & Auditorium 14000 m2) / Arriyadh – Saudi Arabia; Consultants: (Omrania &
Associates, Puro Habold, Moriama & Toshima, Rasem Badran, …); Contractor: Saudi Oger:
The Center is one of the largest projects in Arriyadh. It is an urban development of Al Morabba historical district. The project
included conservation of historical buildings and construction of new buildings like Museum, research center, library &
Auditorium.
