• Sprint-Nextel responsible for all costs

• All expenses heavily scrutinized, detailed justifications required.

• Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker P.A filed Rebanding extension with FCC for Region including Orange County

• Sign Frequency Reconfiguration Agreement (FRA) with Sprint-Nextel Jul, 2008.

• Select location to conduct installation and reprogramming.

• Expect possible delay signing implementation Agreement With Motorola.

• Start rebanding possibly November 2008.
