Radiator/Condenser Coil Cleaning
Radiator and condenser coils require cleaning atregular intervals to maintain optimum performance.
Road brine, soluble salts and other debris can accelerate corrosion. Performing a monthly rinse with clean water to remove foreign matter is recommended.
MCI recommends to perform a quarterly cleaning, using two products, 23-04-0084 Coil Cleaner and 23-04-0085 Chloride Remover. This will help eliminate any soluble salts that accelerate coil corro-sion.
MCI Part No. Description
23-04-0084 Coil Cleaner | For routine quarterly cleaning
23-04-0085 Chloride Remover | Used after coil cleaning to remove soluble salts and revitalize the unit.
Coil cleaning should be included in the regularly scheduled maintenance procedures for your radiator and condenser.
Coil cleaning can help prevent accelerated corrosion.
