The best genetics...We have partnered with top breeders in the industry to bring you the best yielding, most highly tested varieties of high CBD and CBG hemp available.

All of our seed is truly feminized, so you never have to worry about cross-contamination within your fields. We produce all of our seed during the fall, winter, and spring indoors at our production facilities; this means no issues of pollen contamination, and high quality seed and seedlings with excellent germination rates.

All of the cultivars that we carry have been proven again and again to test over 10% CBD, which means that you can receive a premium for all of the product that you harvest from your fields. See details on testing below.

These High CBD strains are often described as medical hemp or CBD hemp to differentiate them from industrial hemp bred for consumable seed and fiber. Unlike most Cannabis strains they have very low levelsof THC.

All of these strains canproduce <0.3% total THCwhen quality seed, seedlingsand clones are cultivated, harvested and processedappropriately, with very highpercentages of CBD.

For more informationregarding the benefits of theabsolute uniformity of clonesand unique characteristics ofclone only strains, or the wellknown “seedling vigor” andincredible growth, size andresilience of seeds andseedlings, please contact us.

CBG(seed/seedlings, clones)CBG has already become the darling of 2020, with CBG biomass and smokeable flower consistently commanding as much as 20x the price of CBD in national pricesurveys. Radiance Farms is proud to offer several varieties of CBG genetics in 2020 – while CBG breeding is relatively new, there are different cultivars of CBG just as there are many cultivars of high CBD. Most breeders still speak of CBG as one “strain” simply because that is all they have access to. Radiance Farms is working with as many as a dozen distinct CBG varieties. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) are typically quite high in the CBG space, often 20,000, 50,000 or 100,000 units. Radiance Farms is able to offer CBG feminized seeds, clones and seedlings at lower quantities, allowing smaller farms to access CBG genetics. We are also able to offer CBG without restrictions on propagation. Perhaps most importantly, we have CBG seeds and clones available NOW, without a wait until April/May. Please call us at 970.541.1220 to discuss CBG for your farm.

Note that prices for CBG with immediate delivery are much higher than pre-orders delivered in April or May.

T1 x CHERRY WINE

(seed/seedlings only)The Cherry Wine x T1 flagship seed cross selected by Radiance Farms is a extremely

vigorous hybrid with moderate internodes and which flowers early with dense, resinous

flowers and very high production of CBD. It has shown in trials to have above average

pest and disease resistance especially compared to other phenotypes and genetics. This

amazing cross is also a very stable, rapid rooting plant. Both of the parent strains are

early finishers and are appreciated by higher altitude growers (ie Colorado) for the

shorter seasons, and this cross finishes even earlier than Cherry Wine, also allowing for

staggered harvests. This hybrid seed is very true to type, consistently homozygous for

many traits.

CHERRY WINE(clones, seeds and seedlings)Cherry Wine high CBD hemp cultivar is one of the best known and widely used CBD hemp

strains, and for good reason. Available as seeds and clones, Cherry Wine is one of few

high CBD strains that perform well that are listed with the Colorado Department of

Agriculture. Cherry wine is an exceptional oil producer, industry staple, with unbelievable

terpene profile, full of tropical fruit. Very high CBD potential, have tests showing 20%+

CBD. Very fast growing and rooting plant.

Radiance Farms offers the breeders cut of this strain bred by Bhodi, a hybrid of Wife and

Charlotts Cherries. The phenotype of “The Wife” selected for this project has extremely

high resin production and is unique in having no detectable THC with a whopping 25%

CBD! Paired with a 50:1 CBD rich Charlotte’s Cherries male, this hybrid brings farmers

and boutique growers alike a true connoisseur CBD hemp cultivar.

T1 (aka Number 5)

(Clones, for Seeds & Seedlings see T1 x Cherry Wine)Proven Colorado cultivar, yields great, grows strong, easy to grow pesticide free. Indica

dominant with high yields, very strong branches, thick buds & large leaves. Very vigorous

strain - hail, wind, pest and disease resistant. T1 is excellent for use in high yield

botanical CBD extraction applications. Selected for the sole purpose of producing high-

yielding plants, bursting with CBD. T1 is well known for being an excellent strain when it

comes to compliance testing at harvest, and is an early finisher.

SWEETGRASS, SWEETGRASS X CHERRY WINE(clone, seeds and seedlings T1 x Cherry Wine)

This strain is the pride and joy of the expert breeders at Radiance Farms, developed

through pheno testing and cloning thousands of plants. It was the earliest finishing of all

phenotypes seen in large scale outdoor CBD production in 2018 and produced

cannabinoids 30% faster than all other strains. Sweetgrass produces very large, giant

plants with incredibly massive yields. Growth is exceptionally strong and fast and easy to

grow. This is a very vigorous plant. Very PM and disease resistant, wind and hail

resistant. Selected as the most exceptional amongst thousands of crosses of Otto 2 and

Cobbler, this phenotype brings the vigorous industrial growth of Otto 2, matched with the

extremely high quality smokeable flowers and high CBD content of Cobbler.

Sweetgrass x Cherry Wine is an amazing hybrid with similar characteristics available as

seeds and seedlings.

COBBLER(clones)The Cobbler produces top shelf smokeable high CBD hemp and finishes early. Cobbler has proven to produce amazing orange terpene profiles that bring a whole new spectrum of flavor to CBD flowers exuding exotic oils that will provide a new alternative flavor to CBD hemp. This relatively indica dominated line produces strong branches, resistant to high winds and hail, and supporting its exceptionally big yields. The Tangistan R4 in the lineage shortened theflowering time making this cultivar ideal foroutdoors. Hemp farmers will have to harvest theCobbler from weeks 5-7 with most seedpopulations to keep THC under .3% THC, but withthe flowers and resin developing quick in bloomon this variety farmers will reap solid yields ofterpene packed hemp for all forms of botanicalextraction.

CHARDONNAY(Clones)Chardonnay is hands down one of the most beautiful hemp plants with its stunning pink pistils. It represents some of the highest quality CBD hemp flowers while growing to hugesizes with massive yields. This enormous strain is a later finisher, perfect for a staggered harvest. This extremely large plants can be planted further apart on wider centers than other cultivars, reducing initial cost and numbers. Very mold resistant, excellent for coastal and southern areas with high humidity.

The focus on the Chardonnay project was to increase the CBD content of the darkest purple varietal “Black Rose”, and complement her with the potency and mouth watering terpene profiles that Cherry Wine expresses. This line was proven to be stable for industrial hemp cultivation consistently inmultiple locations, remaining compliantthroughout the entire duration of flowerwithout the need to harvest early.

Truth in Testing...We have been testing our plants for many years and after numerous samples and spending thousands of dollars on private labs here is what we have come to know:

The CBD % and THC % test results are subject to a high degree of variability: Whatpart of the plant was sampled? What standards were used? Who performed the test? What equipment and procedures were employed? Ultimately we see a 10-20% variation between private labs in blind sample tests.

There is one advertised CBD number but three types tests that should be taken to know what you are growing. The first test should be a biomass test with all the flower, leaf and stem homogenized. This will come in around 4% for Industrial field hemp to about 10% for select strains grown with care (little to no weeds, dust, or dirt etc.. from mechanical harvesting, good soil and fertilizer practices, good irrigation, etc). The second test should be the Department of Agriculture compliance test. In Colorado that is cutting the top 2" of the best flower. This test may range up to 28%, but does not include all of the biomass. And the last test should be a resin cannabinoid test, consisting of scraped trichomes off the flower discarding all leaf, stem and seed. Resin cannabinoid tests look at the portion of CBD vs CBG vs CBN in the resin, and may test over 60%. But farmers will never replicate that result with a biomass test. Unfortunately this resin test is the test result that is often advertised and implied as the percentage of the whole plant. Ask what the test methodology were used and set your expectations accordingly.

Ratios - CBD and THC occur in a ratio in cannabis. 20:1 CBD:THC ratios are common, 30:1 ratios considered very good for CBD strains, 40:1 are exceptional and rare, 50:1 are exceptionally rare. 30:1 ratio at 0.3% thc is 9% CBD with the thc at the legal limit. 40:1 ratios ration at 0.3% is 12% CBD with thc at the legal limit. Even the possible 50:1 ratio, would be 15% CBD at the legal 0.3% CBD limit. Having said all of that, we find that quality hemp plants, under .3% THC will regularly come in at 6-12% CBD. A farmer or grower is doing very well to hit 10% CBD and maintain hemp status. We know that 15-20% CBD may be possible but under very specific conditions and is very rare. It is like growing an Orchid. Almost any trait can be achieved at great cost within a single plant but who plants a field of orchids?

Look for solid, repeatable strains farmers have successfully grown. All of the varieties we offer are industry workhorses that have been field tested on thousands of acres and successfully produced millions of biomass for extraction. If you want to be a commodity farmer growing fiber or seedmeal, or risk growing unproven seed that may not truly be feminized and will produce pollen, there are plenty of cheap seeds on the market now.

Note also that all CBD hemp varieties available anywhere onthe market should be tested weekly after week 2 of flowerwith plans for a timely harvest to maximize CBD levels andprevent THC levels exceeding 0.3%.

Clone Care Sheet – Outdoor Growing Thank you for purchasing industrial hemp clones from Radiance Farms. This care sheet will provide some basic industry standard advice on taking care of your clones and getting them ready to plant!

Hardening Off - upon receiving your clones focus first on acclimating (hardening off) your clones to higher light levels and the environment you intend to grow in. ◦ For a period of at least three days, Radiance Farms recommends placing clones outside soon after

sunrise, allowing them to adapt to higher light levels and lower temperatures than they are used to. However, because the plants are tender and need time to acclimate to peak daily light levels, it is recommended that the clones be placed in the shade and/or inside around 12pm.

◦ If placed inside, adequate lighting to maintain vegetative photoperiod is necessary. They should then be placed back into full sun around 4pm to capture the last sunlight of the day. This technique will maximize transplanting success as the plants have had a chance to adapt to their new environment without immense stress or shock.

Transplanting - There are two options for growing on once you have hardened off your clones and let them acclimate to your growing conditions: ◦ The first option is to plant clones directly into the field. It is recommended to use a dibble/auger to make

a hole one and a quarter times as wide and as deep as the size of the plug. Next, place plug into dibbledhole, ensuring that top surface of plug is a quarter inch below the field soil line. Fill any space around or on top of plug with soil from field. When filling around the plug with soil, do not apply too much pressure,as this will lead to soil compaction, which is undesirable.

◦ The second option is to transplant clones into a container with a larger soil volume. We recommend a 4” or 6” standard pot size for the first transplant. The technique for transplanting into a container is the same as the technique for transplanting directly into the field.

◦ It is recommended to completely saturate all plants just prior to transplanting and immediately followingtransplanting. This is best with kelp added to reduce transplant stress and without fertigation. Transplanting in hot climates is best accomplished on cloudy days or between sundown and sunup to reduce transplant stress, or with HID lights turned off.

*** Keep in mind that the root mass is initially contained to the soil volume of the plug. This means that until the clone has rooted into the field or into its new container’s soil, one must irrigate focusing on saturating the actual plug soil mass. Because of the small soil volume but actively growing plant, it is recommended that after planting the plug, soil moisture be monitored and irrigated if necessary, two to four times a day until roots are actively establishing from plug soil into the field or container soil.

Irrigation and Fertilization - It is imperative that the clone be irrigated in a fashion that allows for an adequate wet to dry cycle. ◦ When it is time to irrigate, it is suggested that the plug be fully saturated. To accomplish this, one should

apply a volume of water great enough to prime the soil (this is usually one quarter of the total volume ofwater that one intends to apply). Minutes later, this priming should be followed by a volume of water great enough to fully saturate all the soil so that if one squeezes the plug, water will vigorously drip fromthe bottom. After full saturation, it is imperative that one is patient and allows the soil to dry an adequate amount. Deciding when to irrigate can be subjective; however, over time one will learn about their growing environment interactions and what dryness level is optimal. Hemp does not do well when its “feet stay wet”. It is recommended to never let the plug dry to the point of plant wilt. A good rule of thumb for making irrigation decisions is that if the individual plug is not cool to the touch and has a lightbrown to beige color, it is time to irrigate to full saturation.

◦ If one chooses to fertilize the clones before transplanting or directly after transplanting, Radiance Farms recommends using the lowest labeled rate of fertilizer on the product of your choosing. We use 15ml/gallon of Nature's Source 3-1-1 Organic Plant Food when we fertilize our clones in the plug tray andfor a short period of time after transplanting. When fertilizing, the same application technique, as detailed above for irrigating, should be followed.

◦ NOTE: Yellowing/dying off of initial fan leaves: The yellowing and/or dying off of initial lower fan leaves is a normal physiological response in the propagation cycle. These leaves provide available nutrients to stimulate rapid root growth. It is expectedthat the original lower leaves will yellow to some degree and may completely die/fall off to provide nutrients for root establishment.
