Build your templates, starting with the current assessment.You may create as many as you need and allocate these toyour managers, departments, projects, functions, or auditors.

Keep all of your previous templates if you are overseeing several facilirties or tasks.

Each domain, containing 10-15 capabilities, is listedalong with start and modified dates, progress, and status.

The capabilities are listed within each domain. Complete the sections and view your risk management capability model automatically.

Each capability isexplained in detail,including the author’sinsights as well asreference material frominternational standardsand frameworks.

Consult theauthor insights andcomments which are designed to provide you with expert guidance throughout theassessment.

In addition, a “crosswalk”between the ISO 31000 and COSO ERM is included tocross-referenceinternational standardsand frameworks.

A numerical status and visualsummary of the questions andanswers you have provided is available on the dashboard.

Assess each capability and the corresponding criteria will pop up to guide you through the assessment process.

Add findings, and future improvement plans in separate text areas for 5 years into the future.

Rank the capability you are assessingusing the criteria provided. Once a maturity level isselected, the tool automatially calculates theimprovement potential for that capability.

The forecast rating system allows you to estimate your level of maturity for 5 consecutive years.Future targeted improvements allow you to capture the required budget and resourcesto finance and execute projects, and achieve risk manaement goals.

What Next?You can now save or distribute your audit documents as necessary.

To save your audit report: Save your Excel®-based document to your local computer drive by selecting the Save icon, or select File and then Save As.

To distribute your audit report:Send your audit documents as Excel® attachments by email.
