Let’s CookNow that everything has been laid out, let the fun begin!

Cooking HygienePlace your hair in a hair net.Remove all jewelry.Put on an apron.Thoroughly wash and dry your
hands.

RecipePreheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the hamburger meat and
drain it. Place the cream cheese on the
stove to soften it. Rinse the mushrooms and remove
the stems. Chopped the stems up and place
them in a large mixing bowl.

Recipe cont’d.Add to the bowl: cream cheese, chives,
onions, shredded cheese, 2 table spoons of Worcestershire sauce and the seasoning of your choice.
After the hamburger meat has drained, add it to the mixture.
Mix it well and spoon it into the mushrooms.
Bake them on a oiled sprayed cookie sheet for 30 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
