This interactive educational program includes world and nationally renowned speakers presenting topics related to coaching methodologyand training techniques, as well as sports medicine, designed to enhance performance and injury prevention.
Each athlete will have the opportunity to undergo a run and swim technique analysis, in addition to a bike fitting session.Coaches, therapists, and trainers will be available for one-to-one consultations during expo hours.
THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE USAT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 8 CEU COACHING CREDITS.Special thanks to Tom Manzi and the Training Bible organization, whose leadership has contributed to an outstanding educational program.

represented the USA in the 2004 Olympics in Athens. She currently works as the Collegiate Recruitment Coordinator for USAT.
Brian Shea - Brian is the President & Head Coach at www.PersonalBestNutrition.com and is also a certified triathlon and running coach. He specializes in sportsnutrition programs for athletes from beginners to professionals. He is a nutritional consultant to current World Champion Leandra Cave and multiple Ironman

Friends of the KDM Foundation,
The KDM Foundation is eagerly preparing for our 12th Annual Fun Run in SeaBright, NJ, which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, March 9, 2013.
As many of you are aware, Sea Bright continues to struggle in the aftermathof Hurricane Sandy, so this year’s race will benefit Sea Bright Recreation andthe many activities they provide in their community.
Your participation and generosity has enabled KDM to complete a wide arrayof projects throughout our area, and this year’s race will be a meaningfulopportunity to help our neighbors in need.
Please be mindful of a few important changes this year, which aim toimprove the race experience for everyone. Similar to other large charitableraces, this year pre-registration will be required for all participants who wishto receive a racing number and official running time.
You may pre-register online by visiting www.kdmfoundation.com untilFebruary 20th and your racing number and electronic tracking chip will bemailed to you. For those who do not pre-register, you will still be able toparticipate on the day of the race and to receive this year’s KDM race shirt.The registration price is $35.

KDM FOUNDATION
The Keith McHeffey Foundation was created to keep the spirit of Keith McHeffey and countlessother local victims of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 alivethrough a variety of charitable functions. To this end, the Foundation has created a permanentmemorial to area victims by renovating Memorial Field at Piping Rock Park in Rumson, NJ, helpingto complete the children's playground at Fair Haven Fields, and most recently donating a digitalscoreboard to Sickles School in Fair Haven. The Foundation also awards annual scholarships inhis name to students at Rumson Fair Haven Regional High School and has assisted many of theyouth sports programs including Fair Haven, Rumson and Sea Bright.
TEAMS WILL BE SCORED BY THE AVERAGE FINISH TIME OF THE TOP FIVE FINISHERS IN EACH GROUP. AMINIMUM OF FIVE PARTICIPANTS IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR TEAM SCORING AND TO BE

The Kids Tri forBob Kelleher, the first kids triathlon to be held at Victory Park in Rumson, NJ. This event will beheld in memory of Bob Kelleher, a Rumson resident who passed away unexpectedly in July 2009.This event is particularly appropriate to honor Bob, as it conveys some of the passions that wereso much a part of his daily life. To name a few, Bob was an avid Triathlete, participating innumerous local races as well as completing three "IronMan" Competitions in Lake Placid, NY.Another important passion of Bob's was his enthusiasm for volunteering. He regularly coachedhis son and local children in several Rumson Recreation sports. When Bob passed away he wasthe Captain of the Rumson First Aid Squad, where he had been an active volunteer since 2003.
The proceeds for this race will be donated toThe Rumson First Aid Squad and Rumson Recreation Program.
