Strong roots - stable growth Raben Group has operated in Europe for over 80 years. Our roots stem from the Netherlands, frequently called
the cradle of European logistics, where in Winterswijk - Meddo, the idea for a company was born, which gave rise to Raben
Group. It was where Raben family set up the first company which started operations in 1931.
We have built a comprehensive offer, also thorough establishing separate brands, under which we render
specialized services.
We offer comprehensive logistics services including:
• contract logistics including warehousing and a variety of value-added services,
• domestic distribution,
• international road transport,
• comprehensive services for fresh products,
• sea and air freight forwarding and intermodal transport.
Over 130 our own locations is the foundation of our potential on the markets of Western, Central and Eastern
Europe. We reach the destination through our own branches or the network of terminals of our forwarding Partners.

Proper tools Each day, over 5 thousand vehicles at our disposal set out to deliver shipments. From the largest swap body containers
or trailers, offering additional loading space (the so-called double deckers), through vehicles equipped with loading lifts, to the
smallest vehicles with the capacity of 1.5t, used for distribution in city centres. If need arises, shipments are transported in
appropriately regulated humidity and temperature conditions. The vehicles are equipped with electronic devices which monitor
their location.
Modern IT systems support everyday operational activities of Raben Group. All processes connected with the flow of
goods are carefully administered. This allows for efficient management of resources and applying various terms of releasing goods
from the warehouse, depending on the wishes of the Customer. Scanning bar codes and transport documents, the system of
monitoring the route of the shipment, also via a mobile phone, the application for placing orders, Track & Trace system - all this is
at the disposal of our Customers.

Experience in warehousing We offer a million of square meters of warehousing space. Distribution centres have class A warehousing space,
also in controlled temperature and humidity. Modern cross-dock warehouses mean faster and more effective handling
of shipments in transport.
Our space is divided into food and non food, and in the non food space, apart from high storage, we use block
storage for, e.g. white goods. We also have specialized storage space for dangerous goods.
We are improving both our resources and processes. When executing certain logistics projects, we utilize processes
such as “voice-picking”, “pick to zero” or “multi order picking”. RFT Technology (radio frequency) supports operations in all
our locations. Raben Group also offers value-added services (VAS), such as: foiling, labelling, preparing promotional sets and
co-manufacturing.
The modern warehouse does not exist without the support of new technologies. Interfaces between IT systems
used by Customers (e.g. ERP class systems like SAP) and WMS systems (warehouse management system) form a crucial
support for processes, thanks to which warehousing services gain new dimensions. Raben Group, as a logistics operator fully
aware of this fact, offers a full package of standard interfaces.

We follow the words of Milton Friedman who wrote that an enterprise may exist only as long as it is needed by
the society. Our activities within Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fit the company profile and are connected with the
business reality. The most important, however, is the fact that CSR strategy has been added to the business objectives of
the company. According to our CSR vision, which is: being a trendsetter in our sector in giving the additional value through
sustainable solutions, our goals for the coming years are:

We strive for perfection Since the beginning of our existence, we have concentrated on the quality of rendered services. Step by step we have
implemented procedures required in our line of work and we have gained certificates in order to continuously increase the
standard of our services. Particular companies use systems implemented according to international norms and standards (such
as ISO, IFS, TAPA, AEO, etc.). We are aware how the organisation of our operations may influence the activities and, as a result,
the image of our Customers. That is why, we have implemented and we maintain the risk management process, within which we

Since 2002, Fresh Logistics has specialised in comprehensive logistics services for fresh products such as dairy,
cold cuts, fish, ready-to-serve foods and fat products, which require controlled temperature from +2°C to +6°C in the
whole logistics chain. The offer is addressed to domestic producers and importers as well as international corporations.
The priority in our company is providing the Customer with the highest standard of services and friendly customer service.
Fresh Logistics owns a network of terminals located in Poland and in Ukraine. In the scope of international
shipments, the company covers almost the whole Europe.

… on the land, sea and in the air
Raben Sea & Air renders services of sea and air freight forwarding on the global scale and of dynamically growing
intermodal transport. Sea freight forwarding includes the shipments of full container loads (FCL) and less than container
loads (LCL) in the “door to door” system. Customs services in export, import and storage in warehouses and bonded
warehouses form a complementary offer to freight forwarding services. We are a part of Global Freight Group (GFG).
