SWITCHES

All electric shutters are supplied with an Inis Uno single pole switch as standard unless another control device is requested. All switches will be supplied with a surface mount box unless a flush mounted box is requested on your purchase order.

Switches are supplied “hold to run” for safety.

GUIDE RAIL BOTTOM SLATSLAT

Overview

COMMON APPLICATIONSIdeal for single or double insulated garage doors. High security domestic shutters, medium security office entrance doors and external shopfronts. Wider sizes are designed for internal applications only making them ideal for use as room dividers, etc. Mix with SeceuroVision 800 for partial vision through the shutter if required.

CONSTRUCTION

Curtain Slat SeceuroShield 77 uses a double walled foam filled aluminium slat.

Bottom Slat Extruded aluminium with rubber bottom seal.

Shutter Box Die cast aluminium end plates with two piece roll formed aluminium box. Larger sizes (shutters with a curtain weight of approx. 75 kg upwards) will be supplied with zinc plated steel end plates.

Guide Rails Extruded aluminium with box section for fixing/reinforcement and high density 4 mm pile brush seals. UPH250 guides supplied as standard.

Please note: Colour references on standard product are a guide only and will not match powder coated finish. Darker coloured double doors that are exposed to significant direct sunlight may be susceptible to expansion which may interfere with the operation of the door.

Boxes and guides are supplied in White, Brilliant White, Black, Brown or Cream at no extra charge.

OverviewVISION SLATS – SECEUROVISION 800

Vision can be added by including SeceuroVision 800 slats in the shutter curtain. SeceuroVision 800 uses a single skin extruded and punched aluminium slat which is also available with polycarbonate glazing strips (pictured right). Polycarbonate strips can be clear or frosted.
