Executive Summary
R2 Innovations (“R2”) management team is the only company to date that has successfully deployed aerosol equipment and operations in multiple U.S. locations as shown in the following page.
To date, R2 has successfully delivered a micellized, high potency, full spectrum, water soluble CBD and THC product. R2’s micellized product can be easily adapted and introduced to its entire line of aerosol products, including pMDI’s, sublingual’s, topical’s, waters (beverages) and cosmetics.
As a product differentiator, R2 aerosol products deliver accurate dosing with the highest quality, full spectrum cannabinoids without the known harshness derived from live resin, organic and synthetic terpenes.
R2 is actively seeking cooperative manufacturing, sales and distribution entities, in the United States and globally for the immediate deployment of its Hemp and Cannabinoid, aerosol product lines throughout the US.

• All R2 Innovations, Inc. (“R2”), aerosol products are manufactured and compliant with the child safety, packaging and labelling requirements as presented by the United States Consumer Products Safety Commission.
• All R2 aerosol products are tamper-evident, child-resistant and compliant with colors, graphics and visual elements, providing a package which is less appealing to children and young people.
• All R2 aerosol products are compliant with USA, FDA guidelines and regulations pertaining to logo and slogan placement on printed packaging and product inserts (where allowed), providing information for potency, mandatory health warnings and all standardized cannabis symbol(s) for both low-THC and high-CBD products.

Aerosol Ingredients
• All excipients, surfactants and co-solvents used in the formulation of R2’s pMDI, aerosol sublingual’s and topical’s are FDA compliant and commensurate with the therapeutic enhancement of existing pharmaceutically prescribed and administered medicines.
• The primary excipient ingredients of R2’s pressurized metered dose inhalers include Ethanol (EtOH C2H5OH ) and Oleic Acid (C18H34O2) a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid, with a lipid number of 18:1 cis-9.
• Although currently compliant and accepted by USA, FDA regulatory statutes, R2’s formulations do not include or use Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) or Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) in its pMDI formulations.
• All pMDI’s manufactured by R2 include HFA 134a, (Tetrafluoroethane) a chlorofluorocarbon-free (CFC-free) propellant.
All R2 Aerosols are comprised primarily of FDA compliant propellant, proprietary formulation, excipients, surfactants and emulsifiers.

Aerosol Ingredients
What you should know:
• All R2 products are compliant with USA, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines and all ingredients are compliant with Natural and Non-prescription Products.
As required by the FDA, all ingredients including excipients provide references as a medicinal classification, supporting the purpose for each ingredient used.
• All R2 aerosol pMDI’s provide evidence to ensure that the product complies with safety, efficacy, and quality requirements for therapeutic purposes.
• All R2 formulations are solution based, whether distillate, oil or water based (Micellization, Sonication or other) and their ingredients are sealed and pressurized within fluorinated, ethylene propylene (FEP) coated aluminum canisters and filled with HFA 134a, (Tetrafluoroethane) a chlorofluorocarbon-free (CFC-free) propellant.
• All formulations (medicine batches) are tested prior to production, using high-performance (pressure) liquid chromatography (HPLC) techniques to deliver certificates of analysis (COA’s) identifying the various compounds and components that make up each formulation batch. (See Attached COA)
• R2’s products are industry leading in quality, purity and Bioavailability. R2’s Full Spectrum Hemp Oil is US Farm Bill Compliant (Section 7606), meeting or exceeding FDA regulations, including THC content of less than 0.3%.
• Every product receives a set of 3rd-party testing, including Certificates of Origin and Analysis, completed in 3-different phases during the process; from farm, to batch, to final production. Our tests include a separate analysis for the cannabinoid profile, potential microbial life, mold, heavy metals, residual solvents and pesticides, herbicides and insecticides.
