Our molds are made of solid copper, tinned over the fire by hand and given the finishing touches with skillful blows of the hammer.

Thanks to meticulous researches into shapes and dimensions, they will enable you to make chocolates, flans, jelly, soufflés, puddings, cakes, iced desserts...

Their beautiful shapes and decorations suggest their collection.
