• The systems need to be delivered to this stream in a state, whereby it is ready to be removed from the racks. That is, come the 1st Sep, the external vendor will go into the site and pull out all of the systems. There will be no final testing or any shutdown performed by this stream.
• The resale expectations (price) may not be met• List of assets to be shipped to Sabre is available by June.
