Thanks for choosing r-pac International as your Levi’s Brands Sundries supplier. Below, you will find easy instructions on how to order your tags, RFID and labels online and who to contact if you have questions about using this website or about an order you have placed. Please don’t hesitate to email or call us with any questions.
FIRST, please get set up as an r-pac International customer. Please contact the Customer Support person in your desired production country (Section 1) to become set up in our system and begin placing orders on r-trac. Sales and Customer Support contacts for each r-pac location are in the first pages of this manual below.

2. SERVICE BUREAU ORDERING – HAVE R-PAC PRINT
A. After you login and arrive at the Main Menu, select the Levi’s market you need Service Bureau production for.
2.1 SERVICE BUREAU ORDERING FOR LSE AND APD MARKETS
A. Input PO/Contract number, Vendor number, Garment Product Code, Plant Number or EAN number and select “Search”.B. Select the item/items to be printed.C. Select “Add to Job” to get to next review screen below before sending to r-pac for printing.

2.2 INPUT PRODUCTION & SHIPPING INFO FOR PRINT JOB – R-PAC PRINTS YOUR ORDER
A. “Bill To” and “Ship To” addresses are entered at ordering time and are saved automatically into the system. User can edit or delete the saved info if needed using the “Manage Ship Info“ tab. If you have new addresses to input, select “Other” in the drop down field and fill in the new address information.B. Select overage % you would like for this order.C. Select desired r-pac production location.D. Select any additional items you would like to add to this PO (by Levi’s Sundries code) and hit “Add”.E. Enter your Vendor PO.F. Hit confirm and follow the prompts to send the order to production.

2.3 SERVICE BUREAU ORDERING FOR LSA MARKET
Ordering for this region functions the same basic way as ordering for APD and LSE regions with the following exceptions:
1. LSA is the only region at this time where RFID is available to order.2. RFID must be ordered as a separate r-trac input and cannot be a combined input with non RFID items even if they are on the same PO. 3. A PO can be entered more than once to allow RFID and Non RFID on the same PO#.4. Please note that RFID is at the top of the item list in the “Format” drop-down on the “Job Set-Up List” screen.
3. CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
1. Select “Check Order Screen” from the Main Menu

2. Search by one or several qualifiers: Print shop, Job, Job Status, UPC, Product Code, etcetera. Input in the named field. 3. Select “Search”.
4. CANCEL YOUR ORDER
1. Follow steps from section 5 above. After you hit “Search” you will see the following screen. Select the job you would like to cancel:

2. In the next screen, select “Job Cancel” and then confirm when prompted.
3. Your status for this order will now read “Canceled” in a job search.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Please note that different countries have different wait periods before tracking information becomes available. Please contact your Customer Support person in the production country for extra tracking info.
