With having a combination of excellent product knowledge, effective consumer communications, compelling BERNINA product merchandizing, a motivated and knowledgable sales staff, having an experienced technician available on-site to repair all brands of sewing machines, and providing a welcoming store atmosphere to inspire customers, we have met the Excellence Criteria in the categories of Product Representation, BERNINA Partnership, and Consumer Experience. We join other Excellence Dealers who have achieved Excellence, allowing our store to participate in special promotions and programs that cannot not be found at non-BERNINA Excellence dealerships.

- Welcome Back!Quilt’n Thyme welcomes back Susan Bellamy as a part-time Sales Associate and Class Instructor.With a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University in San Jose, California, Susan’s career spans a diversity of experience in High-Tech, Publishing, Retail Fabric, and Public Service industries. Born and raised in Palo Alto, California, this native Californian, with extended family located locally in the North State, is very familiar with our area. As an avid quilter, she shares our customers’ interests and provides yet another available resource for information on technique, fabric selection, equipment capabilities, etc.

- Class Rescheduled!

Deb Portelance’s weekly Tuesday night class, General Sewing, Pattern Drafting & Alterations, has been rescheduled to meet on every Friday of the month, with the class hours of 3 pm to 6 pm. You can sign-up for this class by visiting our store or online at www.quiltnthyme.com.
