Introduction
Why Social Signature?
E-mail remains one of the most popular channels of communication. At Voice we strongly suggest using “social signature” for e-mails, which means including links to major social media presences.
This manual will show you how to use Wisestamp software, which allows you to create multiple “social” e-mail signatures and add them to your messages. It is available for Firefox, Chrome and Safari browsers.
Installing Wisestamp
Go to wisestamp.com and find the link for installation. Your browser should define the right file and guide you through the process. Below example from Firefox.

Firefox will ask you to confirm the installation and restart the browser.

Once installed on Firefox, you will be able to find Wisestamp in tools section.

First check the settings. Decide when you want the signatures to appear. If you want to delete the promotional link to the Wisestamp website, keep this box here empty.

The top box shows all your signatures. You can choose one here to edit it.
You can change the default signature.
You can rename your signatures here.

Body section allows you to type text, add photos from URL and edit HTML code.

The bottom section has few tabs. First one ads active feeds (always icludes last tweet or post, so you do not need to update it). Simply click add and fill out the form on the right.

When you add a service you can edit its description.
You can edit it, disable or remove this service entirely anytime later.

Second tab allows you to link to your social media profiles. You simply add the URL of each profile here.

You can go to settings to decide how those links will appear in your signature.
In “Add” section you can add new services.

Third tab allows you to add all chat services people can reach you at. Just provide your name from each of those channels.

Preview button allows you to check the results of all your settings and changes. Make sure you use “Apply” to save those!

When you open a new e-mail your default signature will be inserted automatically.

If you want to insert a different signature, delete the default one, right click to see Wisestamp menu and insert the right one.
Using HTML signature
In some case people prefer to insert a photo linking to a service using simple HTML code below containing the link to the photo and to the profile itself.
