We are pleased to introduce the enhanced EZAddress on-line mail list creation tool.

EZAddress allows users to create multiple types of lists for use in direct mail. With simple, easy to

follow instructions you can target:

• Radius around an address

• Particular streets or entire cities

• Free-form maps to target specific areas

• Highly qualified demographic profiles

Using our EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) you can also target particular carrier routes and receive

significant savings over normal postage rates!

• EDDM allows non-letter size mailings

• Discounted postage

• Gets your mailing in front of more prospects and noticed!

Users can start the mail

list process two ways.

There is an option on

the home screen under

“My Mailing Lists”

Users can also create

lists in the design

workflow. Step 4

prompts the user to

select or create a

mailing list.


Choosing “Create a Free

List” will open a

dialogue box. The first

list option users can

select is “Radius Around

an Address”

Click “Create My List”


To begin finding

addresses enter a

starting address for

your radius. Users can

also limit the total

number of address to

deliver and / or restrict

the radius to a single zip

code


EZAddress offers an

interactive map tool to

make it easier to define

your search radius.

Simply grab the

indicator with your

mouse and drag the

circle to enlarge or

shrink your search area.


Clicking on “Find

Addresses” displays the

addresses in the search

area – both in list

format and on the

interactive map.


Clicking on “View /

Edit” displays the

individual addresses on

the street selected. You

can exclude an address

from your final list by

simply un-checking the

box next it


When you have finished

editing your list you can

save the list with unique

name. This list will now

be available for use in

your direct mail

campaigns.


Another option to

create mailing lists is

the “Freeform Map

Selection”



Freeform selection is

similar to the Radius

process but you have

the option to create

unique search areas

(instead of a standard

radius circle)


Grabbing any black

“marker” with your

mouse will allow you to

draw borders for your

search area. You can

create an area around a

particular

neighborhood, park or

any other geographic

point!


Selecting “Find

Addresses” will display

the addresses in list

format as well as on the

interactive map.

This list can now be

saved for use in your

campaigns.


Another option to

create mailing lists is

the “City/Street

Selector”



The first step is to select

the zip code for the list

search and click

“Add Zip Code”


EZAddress, through a direct connection

to the USPS database, displays the:

• Number of streets in that zip code

• Number of addresses in that zip code

• Individual Streets in that zip code

Users can select entire streets by

checking the box next to that street.


Selecting “View / Edit” will allow the

user to select individual addresses on

that street.

To select / deselect an address simply

check the box next to that address.

When all the selections are finished

click “Save List”


An exciting and cost

saving option available

through EZAddress is

EDDM.


EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail) is a powerful tool

allowing users to target particular carrier routes and

receive significant savings over normal postage rates!

• EDDM allows non-letter size mailings

• Discounted postage

• Gets your mailing in front of more prospects and

noticed!


For EDDM mailings start

with a target zip code

EZAddress also allows

users to view the map

in a satellite view. To

switch views click

“Satellite”. This options

shows local features

such as schools, parks,

etc.


Entering the zip code will show the

carrier routes available for mailing inside

that zip code. Other, useful targeting

information is also displayed such as:

• Residential vs. business addresses

• Total address in each route

• Average income in that route

Please be advised that a total of 200

addresses are required to be processed

for EDDM


You can select the carrier routes you want included in your mailing by checking the box next to that

route or you can click on the highlighted route in our interactive map. As routes are selected the total

addresses available updates with a new count. When complete simply click “Save” to make the list

available


To use the powerful

demographic list tools

available select

“Purchase a Targeted

List”


Similar to the earlier

options users can start

with an originating zip

code. What is new is the

ability to “Select

Demographic Criteria”


There are hundreds of potential data points available for creating a highly targeted list. Selecting a

category will show the possible choices within that category. Highlight the criteria that match the profile

you would like to mail to and click “Add”. When you are finished adding criteria click “Get My Count”


The total recipients that fit the profile you created will be displayed. Users can also set a maximum

number of addresses to be used if you prefer. The total count and cost for this highly targeted list is then

displayed.
