1. Begin a new booking by moving from a profile or adding passenger data especially frequent flyer numbers

(easyJetPlus card) which will be passed automatically to the airline. Example: M.U2123456

Required fields:

Name Title Mr, Mrs, Miss, Ms At least 1 phone P. Address W. (5 fields) Email MT. Aggregated Shopping uses existing GDS formats for

APIS Secure Flight.

2. Enter the unbooked Focalpoint™ shopping format

Example: >FSEDI20FEBMAD24FEBEDI

Should you wish to book more than 1 of each type of ancillary per passenger/segment, or you wish to pay by virtual credit card number, you will need to begin your booking via the availability booking flow.

Click on book to select option

easyJet fares displayed. Click on "All Fares"

Hover on the seat number for description and seat cost – click to book.

Click on the next flight to move to that map and allocate seat number.

Total seat cost added up on the bottom right.

Click apply to add to the reservation.

3. Click on the class of travel to launch graphical seat map.

4. Launch Ancillary basket from PNR Viewer

Click confirm to add to PNR

5. Place a quantity in corresponding white box for the ancillary that you wish to sell, remembering to select the passenger from the top left drop down box for multi passenger reservations.

6. Ancillaries can be filtered by passenger or by ancillary type.

Ancillaries can not be booked one way so an equal number of ancillaries must be booked into each sector.

7. Click on review to see a summary of what ancillaries have been selected.

7. Launch the payment screen by clicking on the # next to the flight number.

Add the credit card details and the APIS information to the PNR

Now enter “ER”

Galileo Reference returned and easyJet vendor locator under *VL. To display the booking in the easyJet system enter Z*R/CU2

Availability

1. View neutral availability or carrier specific.

Example: A20APREDIMAD (neutral)

- Book flight Example: 01Y1 or N1Y1

Even though numeric availability status is not shown in neutral, reference sell from availability is supported.

3. Price the itinerary.

If the PNR contains both easyJet and traditional GDS segments, segment select must be used to price separately.

ANCILLARY SERVICES

1. View Optional Services screen.

Example: Tab to OptSvc format or type DAS*CU2 (enter)

To move up and down on the screen or to move ahead or back a screen, simply move to Next Opt and over type the Opt number.

Example: Next Opt:>DAS*S1-03 (tab) will move to Option 3.

2. To book hold bags or other ancillaries.

Example: DAS03/S1-2/P1/C1 (tab)

Once desired ancillary is highlighted tab to book and press enter.

3. To view a summary of services selected:

Example: DAS*SUM (enter)

ALLOCATED SEATING

1. View the seat map and select seats for each flight segment.

Example: SA*S1!

Price bands for seats will be displayed on the left.

Example: S.P1S1/3A

Alternatively tab to sell and type the seat number.

2. View Seat Display

Example: *SD

SD containing API connected airlines is not viewable once the PNR has been end transacted.

3. Price the itinerary and all selected seats and options

PAYMENT

1. Add form of payment by accessing form or payment screen

Example: ZF* (if no FOP in PNR)

Example: ZF/CU2/CC/VI4444333322221111/D1112/S123/NM-MR JOE TRAVELER

Note: Name remark is optional in the form of payment entry.

If the card holder is different from the lead passenger then simply over type the name on the payment screen.

End the PNR

Example: ER!

Modify and Cancel

1. Display API connected airline PNR Example: Z*R/CU2

• Before the PNR can be modified or cancelled it must be retrieved from the easyJet system.

• Modify or Cancel cannot proceed unless the GDS Host PNR is in Synch with the easyJet PNR.

• easyJet – If changes are made outside of Galileo, directly with easyJet, synch is not possible. Any additional changes must be made directly with easyJet.

Display Stored Fare (optional)

Example: *LF/CU2

2. Modify PNR segments Cancel Rebook is permitted. Example: X2+0U24909Y08NOVAMSLGWNN1

If the PNR is modified by name or segment change, Aggregated Shopping will send or re-send the APIS data if it exists in the PNR. Example: ZAPIS/CU2

Cancel of multiple API connected airline segments in a single entry is not permitted. Example: X1-2+0U2568

3. Price the itinerary and all selected seats and options. Example: FQ

When the price has changed due to the modify, the following message will be displayed on the first line of the fare quote: *** Price Changed – Amount due:nnnnnnn.nn ***

4. Add form of payment Form of payment entry: ZF*CU2

5. End the PNR. Itinerary Remarks after cancel or modify. All original itinerary remarks will be replaced with the revised booking data. The original form of payment plus total amount will be retained plus the new form of payment and total amount including add collect will be added.
