Account creation is completed within a few minutes by filling in the form
Page 5DS1054-040 - LBT20452
The email address will allow you to retrieve your
saved systems on your YOKIS Pro app.
Creating your first systemTo start working, you need to create a first system.
On this page you can access all your systems.
To create a new system, simply tap the "Create a project" icon
It can be an Individual project or Condominium project.
NOTE: The creation of a condominium project (several apartments in the same building, terraced houses, etc.) makes it possible to organise all the facilities in the same "folder", thus simplifying display.
Page 6DS1054-040 - LBT20452
At this point, you have to enter information about your system in the appropriate form.NOTE: this information will be re-used to generate the "System Report" in PDF format. It is important to properly complete the form. However, it is possible to change the system information at any time using the “Details" button.
Then choose the type of system:
"Individual project" or
"Multiple apartment site"
Add a photo of the system to recognise it easily
The information entered during the
creation of the system is used in the
System Report!

The YOKIS Pro interface
Welcome to your work area!
To set up the system you need to go through 3 configuration steps.
Step 1: Draw the layout of the apartmentand create the Radio Bus
Step 2: Define all the control points
Step 3: Propose scenarios from the library to the customer
The "Details" option lets you access the information about the system under construction
Page 8DS1054-040 - LBT20452
The "Duplicate" option lets you create a duplicate of the system to set up a new system that is the same or similar to the current one
NOTE: In the copied system the detected modules become "dummies".
The "Export PDF" option allows you to generate a summary document of the system, to be presented to the customer
Page 9DS1054-040 - LBT20452
The "End" option closes the system, performs the last range tests and uploads the configuration to the Yokis Hub and Yokis Cloud
Preparation of the system
Welcome to your work area!
To create a new system you must start from"Map and Modules"
Page 10DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Welcome to the "Map and Modules" area!
This area can be used in the officeor on site.
Are you ready? Let's go!
Preparation of the systemThe layout of the apartment
The ground floor level is automatically created. Now we will create the first room by clicking "Create rooms and outdoor areas".
We will start by drawing the layout of the apartment.
The layout consists of "Levels":ground floor, first floor, garden, attic, etc.
These levels are made up of rooms. All levels are placed side by side on the same drawing.
Page 11DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Preparation of the systemDefine the rooms
Creating rooms is an important step!
The information given here will be accessible to the customer through the YnO application.
To create a room, first select its level. For example: "Ground floor"
Page 12DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Then select the room type. During this phase, the type of room must be respected. For example, a master bedroom is handled differently from a child's room.
Choosing the correct room types will then allow you to use the scenario library in automatic configuration. This library will also be accessible to the customer through the YnO application.
Finally give a name to the room.
Customise the names, for example: "Matthew's Room".
Page 13DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Preparation of the systemDraw the rooms
NOTE: To define a room, you must draw a full rectangle. Drawing just a border does not allow you to create a room.
To draw a room there are several possibilities:
Draw the room cell by cell
or
Draw the room by drawing lines
The rubber allows you to erase a part of the
room
Arrows allow you to move the layout while
creating a room
You can zoom in or out on the layout by zooming in the image with 2 fingers
Page 14DS1054-040 - LBT20452
The layout is a tool that helps you orient yourself. No need to be precise, just a simple sketch.
Once satisfied with the room, you can confirm it.
Once the room has been confirmed, you can modify its parameters by simply clicking it to select it, then click the pen-shaped icon in the right-hand menu.
Page 15DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Preparation of the systemDefine a new level
Now we'll add an outdoor area with two levels: garden and driveway.
Select "Add a level".
Assign a name
Assign a colour
Confirm
Page 16DS1054-040 - LBT20452
The levels created earlier are now selectable in the
room creation menu.
On the layout, the layers take the colour defined at the time of creation to facilitate
their identification
The first layout with three levels has been completed.
The rest is up to you, enjoy!
Page 17DS1054-040 - LBT20452
The system's radio modulesPlace the modules on the layout
Welcome to the "Modules" section!
The layout is finished. Now it's time to place the modules.
In the "Modules" section, you can position the modules in the rooms,
detect them, update them and configure them.
Before you start, here is a description of the available tools:
Product List: easily find products that you want to install
Module counter: makes sure that all planned products are positioned correctly on the layout
"Junction box" tool: indicates the modules that are placed in the boxes and locates the boxes on the layout
Page 18DS1054-040 - LBT20452
The system's radio modulesPlace the modules on the layout / Preparation on site
Now we'll start an optional but very useful phase.
Preparation of the system!
System preparation includes Placement of the modules on the layout
BEFORE their acquisition on site.
This stage can be done in the office so you can save time when you're on site.
To prepare the system, we will use "dummy" modules that will be positioned on the layout.
Simply select and drag them using the appropriate button.
As with the rooms, this phase is very important because the correct functioning of scenarios depends on it.
Page 19DS1054-040 - LBT20452
You must define the type of use of the positioned module.
After that, simply give it a name.
Then confirm to finish.
By repeating the operation, I prepare my system indicating in advance the names, functions and position of my products. I can also use the "Junction box" tool for more easily finding my modules.
Page 20DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Here's how to configure the system.
Enjoy!

Here is a list of products acquired by the application and "Waiting for positioning" on the layout.
The "Read" button allows you to briefly operate the product to locate it in the system and place it correctly on the layout.
NOTE: When you press the "Read" button, the module may take a few seconds to operate the connected device. Don't tap on it again!
Once you've visually identified the product on the system using the "Read" button.
Select it and drag it onto the layout.
Page 28DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Once the product has been positioned on the layout, you can select it by tapping on it to access its information and
its parameters.
Then it is possible to operate the product to test its behaviour
Change its parameters
The configuration of a relay module becomes easier than ever: select the values of each parameter, enable and disable some functions, set the timing and much more by scrolling through the list.
Page 29DS1054-040 - LBT20452
The configuration of a dimmer module is even easier: just select the values for each parameter, enable and disable some functions, customise the preferred brightness and much more by scrolling through the list.
The setup of a window shutter module has never been so easy: just select the values for each parameter, enable and disable some functions, customise the preferred position and much more by scrolling through the list.
The modules have been located, positioned and configured? Now it's time to let them communicate by creating the Yokis Radio Bus
Page 30DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Creation of the Radio BusConnections between rooms
Step 1: To start, we will connect the rooms to each other.
The YOKIS Pro application will use your knowledge of the apartment to optimise the creation of the Radio Bus.
You can tell the application
the best path in your opinion to cross the walls and connect all the rooms in the apartment.
To connect two rooms to each other, you need to connect a module from the first room to a second module in the
second room.
NOTE: In the event of an error, you can remove a link by re-selecting the same modules.
Page 31DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Select a module in the starting room.
Then the second module in the other room.
A dashed line confirms the connection between
the two rooms.
Page 32DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Once you have connected all the rooms with at least one module, you can switch to the Radio Bus creation phase.
Creation of the Radio BusAutomatic creation of the Radio Bus
Click "Next step" to access the second phase of Radio Bus creation.
Page 33DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Step 2: Click "Launch automatic creation" to begin the actual creation of the Radio Bus.
Once the Radio Bus has been created, all the modules of the system will be connected to each other with a solid blue line.
Page 34DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Creation of the Radio BusManual creation of the Radio Bus
Tap on "Modify connections" to make manual changes to the automatic creation.
Just click the two connected modules to remove the connection
Page 35DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Then select one that is already connected and one that isn't to define
a new radio path.
NOTE: The application does not allow you to create closed links, they must always be linear or star.
Configuration of the control pointsAdd new control points to the system
Step 1: Draw the layout of the apartment and create the Radio Bus
Step 2: Define all the control points
Step 3: Propose scenarios from the library to the customer
Page 36DS1054-040 - LBT20452
It is here on the summary page that all the control points will be classified once they have been created.
To program a control point, select "New control point".
First choose the type of control point to be programmed. All Yokis compatible transmitters are available on this screen. Select the type of
control point, then click "OK" to confirm.
Welcome to the "Control points" area.
In this area you can configure all the Yokis radio control points.
Page 37DS1054-040 - LBT20452
The configuration screen of a control point is then displayed.
In our example we will configure a 4-button TLC4CP remote control
You can customise the control point name, for example "Car remote control".
Then all you need to do is assign a function to the various control point pushbuttons.
Channels are classified by number. Each pushbutton of
the remote control corresponds to a
radio channel.
The design of the remote control is also a reminder of channel numbers to locate them more easily.
Page 38DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Configuration of the control pointsThe different types of configuration for a transmitter channel
To configure a pushbutton, click"Associate a control".
For each channel, it is possible to access 3 types of controls.
Page 39DS1054-040 - LBT20452
A direct control allows you to command up to 4 receivers. This function is useful for commanding receivers within the same room, external lighting, a gate, etc.
A centralised control allows you to send a single command to the Radio Bus and then command multiple products at the same time to assume the same final condition.
Centralised controls are the ideal solution for sending "general turn on/off - open/close" orders to the whole system or in predefined zones.
Page 40DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Configuration of the control points Direct controls
"Scenarios" allow you to program a sequence of commands on a pushbutton to be executed on multiple modules, even
setting different final conditions among them.
Example: "TV Night", close the window shutter and set the dimmer of the living
room to 35%
Note: to activate scenarios the system must be equipped with the Yokis Hub.
Tap directly on the modules (max 4) that you want to command.
Once you have selected the type of control as direct, just define the actions that you want to accomplish with that pushbutton.
Page 41DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Automatically you will see a list of available actions.
This list of possible actions is generated based on the selected products.By selecting different kinds of transmitters, the list of possible actions will only propose those that can be implemented by both types.
By selecting an action and clicking on confirm, this will be saved for the channel chosen.
Page 42DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Configuration of the control pointsCentralised controls
This list of possible actions is generated based on the selected products, so automatically it will
offer a list of available actions.
By selecting one of the three icons at the top you can
select:ALL light modules or ALL window shutter
modules orALL modules in general.
Once you have selected the type of centralised control, just define the actions that you want to accomplish with that pushbutton.
Page 43DS1054-040 - LBT20452
By selecting an action and clicking on confirm, this will be saved for the channel chosen.
Configuration of the control pointsGroup controls
As an alternative to centralised controls it is also possible to select a subset of modules by creating a group.
Specific controls can thus be defined for the kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc.
Page 44DS1054-040 - LBT20452
By selecting an action and clicking on confirm, this will be saved for the channel chosen.
Configuration of the control pointsScenario controls
Once the type of control has been selected as "Scenario"
the pushbutton is "reserved" to launch one or more scenarios.
The definition of which scenario to launch can be made in Step 3 regarding
"Situations".
Page 45DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Configuration of the control pointsTransfer to remote controls
Once you have set all the desired channels, transfer the settings to one or more remote controls.
Tap on program then take the remote control and press twice on any pushbutton: the settings will be transferred.
Now you can program the radio transmitters with the YOKIS Pro application.
The rest is up to you, enjoy!
Warning: make sure the transmitters are version 5.
Page 46DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Situations
Welcome to the "Scenes" area.
In this area you can define "Frequent situations", like "Arriving home in the evening", "Leaving for the
weekend", "TV and relax".
To complete the system, here is the last step, the one in which it is possible to define "Situations".
For each "Scenes" it is necessary to define:The Scenario, i.e., the actions to be performed on one or more modules.
The triggering event (there may be more than one) of the "Situation".
Page 47DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Define the topic to which it refers
Give a name to the situation
Add all the actions that together constitute the "Scenario".
Page 48DS1054-040 - LBT20452
To do this, select one module at a time and then the action it
needs to perform.
Then define one or more triggering events.
Page 49DS1054-040 - LBT20452
By choosing "Date and Time", the event will occur only once,
triggering the Scenario.
By selecting "Periodical" the event will occur on the selected day at the same time. Each time
the same Scenario is activated.
Page 50DS1054-040 - LBT20452
It is possible to define "Sunrise" as the event, even before or after it up to 180 minutes. This way the Scenario will be
activated every morning.
Or you can choose the "Sunset" to launch the
Scenario every evening.
Page 51DS1054-040 - LBT20452
An "Automatic" event is an event that occurs when a certain module is in a certain state (for example, whenever a certain light is turned on manually).
A "Transmitter" event allows you to enable some pushbutton on some remote control (or built-in transmitter) to launch the Scenario.
Page 52DS1054-040 - LBT20452
Warning!ONLY pushbuttons on a remote
control that have been defined as being of the "Scenario" type can be
selected. For more information, refer to the configuration of Control Points.
Ok! Now that the Scenario and Events that trigger it have been defined, you can Confirm.
Page 53DS1054-040 - LBT20452
All the defined Situations are summarised here, arranged by type. For each Situation is summarised:
- The Scenario (Actions) - The triggering events
