CONNECTING HIKVISION DVR

TO MOBILE DEVICE USING EZVIZ CLOUD

ENABLE DVR CLOUD VIEWING

1. Make sure your Hikvision DVR is connected to the your Network / Router via LAN cable

2. Log In to the DVR, go to CONFIGURATION / NETWORK / PLATFORM ACCESS

3. Enable Ezviz and note the Verification code, Click APPLY

CREATE EZVIZ ACCOUNT Navigate to the EZVIZ website, https://www.ezvizlife.com/ and register an account

Log in to EZVIZLIFE website using Internet Explorer & click on SYSTEM MANAGEMENT or ADD NOW

Click on Quick Adding

EZVIZ will then scan the network which you are currently connected to for any Hikvision devices and display

them. Should the device you want to add appear, you simply need to click the large + button to begin

adding it to your EZVIZ account.

Alternatively you can add it manually by clicking the Add by Serial No. tab and inputting the serial number

of the device. This can be found by navigating to the System Information within the DVR Configuration

menu or on the label of the DVR (underneath) or on the box label.

Input the Device Verification Code found in STEP 3 at the beginning of this guide or on the label of the

device. If the device does not have a verification code use ABCDEF

Click EXIT and then Homepage. If you see device offline then restart the DVR, log out of EZVIZ and then log

back in again.

ADDING TO MOBILE DEVICE

Download and install the EZVIZ app from Google Play (for Android) or APP Store (for iPhone)

Open the EZVIZ APP and insert your username/email and password used to create your account

Click on a Camera to see the LIVE View

Click on the Time Bar and drag the time to see the Playback.
