LBL INTERNATIONAL is one of the few companiescreated in the early 1990’s in Cambodia that is stillin operation. LBL is situated at the high-end of theconstruction market and specializes in the implementa-tion of prestigious projects such as the construction ofluxury hotels, exclusive villas, Embassies, office and res-idential buildings. A leader in this domain, with nearly200 references and a reputation for quality andprofessionalism, it is now crossing Cambodian bordersto work in neighboring countries.

LBL INTERNATIONAL has also widened its offerto deliver services to other sectors, such as infrastructure(laying of telecommunications optical cable), publicworks (roads, bridges), technical constructions(electrical sub-stations, fluvial quays, embankments)and specialized works (airports, schools, hospitals).In addition to this LBL is now developing its activitiesin Thailand and Laos.

LBL INTERNATIONAL is regis-tered with the Ministry ofCommerce under the licensenumber IV. 027. 095E; withthe Ministry of Land Management,Urban Planning and Constructionunder the license number 73Rbk³ dns /Gs; with the Ministryof Economy and Finance underthe license number VAT.100047955; and has beenissued the authorization number079 / L.CIB by the Council forthe Development of Cambodia.

International & European Lawgraduate. He worked at theFrench Ministry of ForeignAffairs. Back in Cambodia,he set up LBL and is activelyengaged in the reconstructionand preservation of contem-porary Khmer architecture.

Cécile Lysine Khao-Levasseurhas studied trade and industryin France. She has been headingbusinesses in France and inCambodia for more than threedecades.

LBL INTERNATIONAL is aFrench-Cambodian companymanaged by Thierry Loustauand Lysine Khao-Levasseur.Robert Latil is a non executivemember of the Board ofDirectors.

LBL INTERNATIONAL’s development isessentially based on its local capacityand integrating its services from firstconception through to turn-keys completion.LBL has an office of architects, an officedevoted to technical and environmentaldesign (construction), as well as workshopsand joineries with technicians in varioustrades including wood, metal andwaterproofing. The aim of LBL is tocontinue to respond to market needsin the area of up-scale construction utilizingits local competency. LBL has thusdecided to follow an ambitious policybased on the development of its humanresources, through training and internalpromotion, by welcoming new Cambodiantrainees each year and by regularlyrecruiting the best of them.
