Changes to Cost and Price Labels Master Items List Changed the term “Mat. Price” to “Mat. Cost” in the Master Items List as this is the base, non-marked up cost, not the Selling Price of the Material (which cannot be calculated until the Item is used in a Bid).

Conditions Tab and Conditions Tab Report Changed the term “Unit Cost” to “Unit Price” as this column represents the selling (marked-up Price) for each Condition.

Fixes

• Values are recalculated immediately when a Condition Assembly is set to Ignore Width and Depth, user no longer must close and reopen assembly to refresh calculations.

• Running the “Replace materials where in use” in SQL databases no longer causes a unexpected shutdown (crash).

• Copying items from one Condition and pasting to another Conditions pastes the Items below existing rows in the Items grid and preserves the original sequence.

• Corrected the sort order when sorting by Section Number on “Equipment” and “Other” tabs.

• Job Cost Summary export updated to display individual rows for each material cost code that has a tax value.

• If you have enabled “Access Levels” in Quick Bid, you can, once again, create interactive bids – this was broken in 3.95/4.97 release.

• Corrected Markup Cost Code value errors in the Dexter & Chaney Spectrum Construction Software Job Budget export.
