C-Filter is a process of an applicant going to
your C-Filter URL to apply to a position and
complete a Culture Index survey.
C-Filter provides you electronic storage,
organization and applicant data including
resumes, selected question responses and
filtered matches of the person’s Culture Index
Survey results against a C-Job.
We now allow you to customize your C-Filter.
You can choose to ask for a resume,
applicant questions, education, work history,
or how they heard about you
A C-Job is the profile for the ideal candidate.
In order to generate that profile you need to
complete a C-Job questionnaire. A C-Job
questionnaire will take you through statements
that you have to rank from critical to non-
critical.
Once a C-Job is complete, you will need
to call your licensee to discuss the pattern
In order to complete the C-Job questionnaire yourself
you would click CREATE C-JOB on your dashboard.
In order to send it to someone else, you would click
INVITATION and select C-Job from the drop down.
In order for the job to show up to your applicants
when they go to your C-Filter URL, you must
activate the C-Job. You will need to click on the
drop down arrow and select ACTIVATE.
It is recommended that you see what the
applicant will see. You can do this by copying
and pasting your C-Filter URL into a browser.
Your C-Filter URL appears on your dashboard
Any applicants who apply via your C-Filter URL will
appear under the APPLICANTS icon. By default it will
show you the applicants for the last 30 days.
You can look at applicants for a certain
position by selecting the position from the drop
down. This will open a new tab and show you
the percentage matches.
This is a reference guide to the webinar which is
conducted every Wednesday at 10 am and
1:30 PM Central Standard Time.
If you have any questions please use the
SUPPORT TICKET and we will get back to you
within one business day.
