Women in our film have been represented as strong we have used parasitic camera angles like Low Angles shot.

This shot automatically creates the women to become intimidating and powerful. The editing also ties in with this representation the shot length are elongated stressing their power and stretch.

Page 3: Question 2- Evaluation

There costume , hair and make up are not revealing, but casual some you would wear in the day. In comparison to the custom that women are normally warm in social realm films. Normally women are portrayed wearing raveling clothing creating them become almost sex objects which men have power over.

In contrast men in our extract are shown in complete contrast to how the social realism films present men. The male character is shown as the victim who has

become motionless. The audience is shown to pity and fell for his character due the uses of high angles shots.

The way we have composed and framed the male character also isolates him and shows a strong contrast between women and men. He is almost always framed by him self in conjunction to the girls who show unity as they shown as one.
