AT QUEST WEEMPOWER PEOPLE, CHANGE LIVES AND GIVE BACK

TO OUR COMMUNITY THROUGHEDUCATION, INNOVATION AND LEARNING.

Quest delivers training and transitional pathways based on the following principle: “Enable them to achieve what they want and teach them what they need.”

Students seeking education require educational outcomes and industry skills that increase their employability. However, we also understand that students prepared for the right employment opportunity also need to strengthen and refine their motivation, confidence, self-esteem and basic life skills. PEOPLE are our business and our dynamic and personal approach to training and mentoring reflect that.

We take pride in delivering training to students from varying backgrounds and tailor our courses and programs to meet their individual needs.

Our School Transition Specialists bring a wealth of industry experience to help students achieve their educational, employment and life goals. Additionally, our trainers and tutors bring vocational competence and current experience working with diverse groups to provide effective learning environments for each student.

Our services ensure that all students are supported and have a complete transition pathway which can include career development, workplace preparation, work experience, school-based traineeships and ongoing sustainable employment. By working with our partners, we prepare students with the knowledge, training, qualifications and experience necessary to help them succeed in school, life and the workplace.

Our team has over 30 years’ experience working with youth and has a genuine passion for helping them overcome their barriers to become confident and independent individuals.
