Viewing Queries in PeopleSoft1. Go to Main Menu>HCM Reporting Tools>Query>Query

Viewer.

Searching for Queries

1. Populate the begins with field with the query name, or leave the field blank to see a list of all available queries. Note: A list of queries and reports is available on the Resources page of the PeopleSoft website.

2. Click on the Search button.3. Click on either the HTML or Excel link to

open the query.• Note: You may need to allow pop-ups in

your browser to view the data.

1. Enter UTEP1 in the Set ID field.2. Click on the View Results button.3. If you previously selected HTML,

the information will load.

11. If you previously selected Excel, a pop-up will open, prompting you to open or save the file. Click on the Open button.

Available Queries

• UTZ_HW_ACT_FAC_STAFF_PM5069B– Lists all active employees within your department.

• UTZ_HW_ACTIVE_EMP_VISA_PM5064– Lists all active employees within your department

and their visa expiration information.

Available Queries

• UTS_HW_REPORTS_TO – Lists all active positions within your department

and who they report to. This will be used for workflow routing.

• UTZ_CA_FY_FUNDING_DATA_DEPTS– Appointment downloads.

• UTZ_HA_TIMEKEEPERS– List of vacation or sick leave balance for

employees within your department.
