QUALITY OF LIFE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ASTHMA PATIENTS ARE ONLY GETTING PHARMACOLOGY TREATMENT AND PATIENTS ARE GETTING PHARMACOLOGY TREATMENT WITH SENAM ASMA INDONESIA

Asthma is a condition where the narrowing of the bronchi are repeated but reversible. The treatment of asthma consist of 2 ways, thera are PHARMACOLOGY THERAPY and non pharmacology therapy. Senam Asma Indonesia is One of non-pharmacological therapy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of life differences for asthma patients who get additional therapy senam asma indonesia.This type of research is cross sectional study. Sampling was conducted using total sampling technique, by pay attention to the inclusion and exclusion criteria for obtaining 62 respondents, consists of 31asthma patients who get pharmacology therapy with senam asma indonesia and 31 asthma patients who get only pharmacology therapy. The data obtained are then processed using Independent Samples t test.The average score on the quality of life of asthma patients who get pharmacology therapy with senam asma indonesia adalah 5,4 and The average score on the quality of life of asthma patients who get only pharmacology therapy is 4,7.In this study it was concluded that there are significant differences between the quality of life of asthma patients who get pharmacology therapy with senam asma indonesia and 31 asthma patients who get only pharmacology therapy
