Gap Analysis:- The consultant shall

• Perform an analysis of the existing system documents and business processes of the client

• Identify weak and strong areas as compared to the requirements of the standard.

• Identify systems and business processes which need to be modified /newly introduced to satisfy the standard.

• Produce a short report on the current level of compliance of the existing quality system to the requirements of the Standard.

Project Planning

Prepare a project work planner with defined dead lines for

completion of the various phases.

Identify the list of documentation required to address the requirements of the standard.

Presentation of the above to the executive management.

Assist the management in setting up a project steering committee.

Assist the management in choosing a management representative.

Documentation and Process mapping

Prepare the Quality System Manual to suit the requirements of ISO 9001:2008

Identify all additionally required level 2 documentation as per ISO 9001 - YEAR 2008 VERSION together with relevant personnel of the client

Identify the necessary additionally required level 4 documentation (forms), integrate the existing ones into the quality system and assist in creating the required additional forms.

Support the client’s staff in preparing all identified documentation.

Consultancy Support –Implementation

For effective implementation of the documented system the Consultant shall assist as follows:-

Meeting personnel at various levels in the company and assist in interpreting the prepared documents.

Support in the smooth implementation of the created documentation.

Holding formal training sessions regarding implementation of the newly introduced and modified system elements.

Assistance in interpreting and implementing the system requirements of the ISO 9001 - YEAR 2008 VERSION standard.

Assistance in carrying out the necessary changes to the documentation based on the feedback from the implementation.

Consultancy Support Internal Quality Audits

Assisting the Management Representative to draw up a detailed internal audit plan.

Helping the company’s internal auditors prepare checklists for auditing the procedures and work instructions and assisting in performing the audits and recording results.

Assisting the auditees propose and execute effective corrective action.

Assist the MR in logging the non conformities and preparing an audit result summary.

Assistance in conducting Management (system) Review meetings.

Assist in carrying out the necessary modifications to the system
