    1.1. To state Your Organizations commitments andaspirations in regard to product performance-integrity andreliability of service in a sound a safe environment.

    3.1. Top management established the Quality Policy andthe President approved it on Type Date Here.

    3.2. The President and Top Management may decide tochange the Quality Policy only when the organizationattains the goals and aspirations expressed or they are nolonger relevant or sufficient.

    4.1. This document addresses clause 5.3 Quality Policy.

    5.General

    5.1. The Quality Policy states Your Organizationcommitments and aspirations to provide customers andconsumers quality products and reliable services.

    5.2. Based on the above commitments and aspirationsYour Organization developed a formalized qualitymanagement system to assure that the quality of theproducts we manufacture, and services we provide to ourexternal customers meet and/or exceed their expectationsin a safe and environmentally conscious manner.

    5.3. The Quality Policy provides a framework forestablishing specific quality objectives and providesdirection for the continual improvement effort.

    5.4. Your Organization posted the Quality Policythroughout the organization in English andSpanish. General orientation training explains anddiscusses the Quality Policy meaning to new employees.

    5.5. Your Organization communicates the Quality Policyto customers, consumers, suppliers and other interestedparties. The organization displays the Quality Policy in the

    reception area of the organization.

    5.6. Top management reviews the Quality Policy on aquarterly basis to ensure its continual relevance andsuitability.
