Bright Inspec�on Services (BIS) is an independent service provider that specializes in providing valve consulta�on

non-destruc�ve tes�ng inspectors as a third party quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) inspec�on service.

We can perform internal and external quality audits as prepara�on for quality accredita�on to interna�onal

standards such as ISO 9001:2008, and help your fabrica�on shop to achieve quality requirement for welding

accredita�on.

Bright inspec�on services has thorough knowledge of the codes and standards requirements like ASME, ANSI, API,

ISI,ASTM, BS, DIN, JIS, etc.Our Team of Engineers ensure that the quality and performance of products or installa�ons

meet applicable requirements, whether they are regulatory, voluntary or client specific. Documenta�on receives

utmost importance by issuing Inspec�on Reports immediately a�er inspec�on by e-mail followed by Hard copies

with Test Cer�ficates. Where ever required, Non-conformi�es are referred to Customers for resolu�on. Apart from

surveillance of Quality of the Vendor by periodical reports, the status of Jobs at Vendor premises is communicated to

Customers by Call le�ers given to the Vendors a�er the visit, to alert the Customer for any rescheduling required at

their end.

Welding Procedure Specifica�ons is prepared with details of welding groove, welding method to be employed,

electrode and/or welding rod type and diameter, current, voltage, welding posi�on, welding run number and similar

informa�on prepared in accordance with its codes relevant Project standard (ASME and/or EN Standards).

WPQ

BIS NDT prepare a test cer�ficate which clearly states a welder experience and knowledge to perform the

specifica�ons of a par�cular weld procedure. BIS NDT conducts non-destruc�ve tests on a weld coupon provided by

the welder to determine whether the welder is capable of producing a good weld quality using the welding processes,

materials and prescribed procedure

valves, body and bonnet melt numbers to be iden�fied against material

test cer�ficates. Checking that valve is metal tagged with item number as

indicated in requisi�on.

another en�ty –BIS Group.BIS Group will undertake the principal business that is

farmed out to them .BIS Group then employee its own employees ,referred to as

contractual employees designated at the principals business.

Flexibity or benfits for the principal

Tenure of contractors employees (CE) is co-terminus with the service contract of the principal

The client /principal has the op�on to demand at any �me for replacement of CE or call for termina�on of all CE’s upon

non compliance of standard requirement of the contractor,comple�on of specific project or slow down of business.

Cost efficient-compensa�on of CE is at par with the entry level of principals regular employees

CE is only subject to mandatory minimum wage /salary and not with the mandatory increases for

seniority,longevity,performance incen�ve or bonuses,
