adaptable in order to meet customer expectations and to ensure legal compliance. They employ a variety of measures and management systems, including the ISO 9000, total quality management (TQM), as well as the continuous improvement process.

•Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
•Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.
•Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
•Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety.

Production Head – ResponsibilitiesPlanning, scheduling, strategizing, and oversees
all production activities while continually building sales and maintaining profitability.
Performing essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality services.
Responsible for day-to-day production within the print shop.
Production control involves making sure that production schedules are followed. Production managers get information on progress and adjust production schedules if problems arise.
Role ExpectationsDevelop, manage and maintain an automated
workflow system that interfaces order entry, prepress, and digital and print production
Communicate effectively with the General Manager/Owner, the Sales Team, and the Production Team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that production, sales, and customer objectives are met.
Maintain production control records and provide information to sales representatives, customers and management with regard to delivery
dates, schedules and operating problems
