SELECTEDWATERQUALITYMONITORINGSITES
Thefollowingsites, notlocatedinEvesham’sSewerServiceArea, willbemonitoredaccordingtoAcademy of Natural Sciences Drexel University/NJDEP QAPP. These sites were chosen toascertaintheefficacyofsepticmanagementinthewatershedarea.Streamdataandlabresultswill be collected in a log book and shared with the municipal partners, Kirkwood-CohanseyClusterpartners,NJDEPandenteredintotheANSDUcomputerdatabank.
This projectwillmonitor the amountof E. coli in the selected streams, with the ambitionofidentifying the species responsible for elevated counts in the future, as conditions at themonitoring sites become better known. Specific stream locations were chosen by locationoutsideofthesewerserviceareaandalsofortheirdistancefromroadwaysandimmediatestormwaterrunoff.
