• Use of Steel in the structures is calling for specialized domain knowledge to solveproblems during fabrication & erection.

• Continuous supervision is required at site as well as fabrication workshop to make surethat the contractor is following all the guidelines given by the applicable code ofconstruction & tender documents.

• TPI helps in achieving Quality at the optimum cost with safe practices & also helps inmanaging risk.

• Formulation of Quality Assurance Plan &/or Inspection & Testing Plan is important in orderto define extend of inspection & scope of all the parties involved in the project.
