Quality 4 Students are pleased to be able to offer accommodation to International visitors

attending Nottingham University and Nottingham Trent University. We have a range of

accommodation to suit all requirements within reach of both the City and Clifton NTU

Campus* and Nottingham University Park and Jubilee. Please see details below on what

we can offer;

Clarendon Court NG7 4FL

A mixture of 6 Bedroom Townhouses & 6 and 7 Bedroom Apartments. These

properties were all fully refurbished in the summer of 2012 and 2013 and

offer excellent sharing accommodation for our guests. Prices include all Bills

and Internet. They are provided fully furnished including all the extra items

to cook and clean when you arrive. We understand that as visiting students

you cannot bring these things with you, so we are happy to provide the extra

items to make this feel like your home from day one.

Pricing and Reservation

All accommodations are available for the stated contract lengths. Contracts

are payable in full week periods and start and finish on a Sunday.

We do NOT charge any Deposit or Admin Fee for your

accommodation. You pay for your room ONLY and ALL Bills

are included in this price.

Contracts available for academic year 2014 / 2015.

1st Semester - 14 Week Contract

14th September 2014 - 21st December 2014 - Price - 119.00pw - Total -

1666.00.

1st Semester - 20 Week Contract

14th September 2014 - 1st February 2015 - Price - 104.00pw - Total -

2080.00.

Full Year Contract - 40+ Weeks Contract

14th September 2014 is when contract starts. You choose your end date.

(minimum 40 weeks) - Price - 94.00pw.

2nd Semester - 13 Week Contract

4th January 2015 - 5th April 2015 - Price - 119.00pw - Total - 1547.00.

2nd Semester - 20 Week Contract

1st February 2015 - 21st June 2015 - Price - 104.00pw - Total - 2080.00.

* Please contact us to discuss your requirement if you require a contract

length for a different period. We are here to help whenever we can.

* Accommodation available to both UK and International Students.

* Our contract dates have been set in conjunction with information provided

by staff at NTU to ensure that we can provide a solution for the many

different courses that you are offered.

* Our contracts are the ideal solution for UK students going on exchange for

either 1st Semester or 2nd. You now don't need to pay for your UK

accommodation while you are abroad.

* We provide properties with mixed nationalities so that International

Students can ensure that they practise their English and that UK students can

get real experience of mixing with students from all over the world either

before or after their own exchange experience.

* Students are welcome to view the properties at any time, all you have to

do is contact us to arrange this. You are also welcome to visit us at our office

in the City;

Reservation

Students will be sent a tenant details form to complete. When this is

returned we will issue a contract for the student and a payment schedule.

Students must sign and return the last page of the contract by email along

with a payment of the first 4 weeks of your agreed rate. Your room is then

confirmed and payment is then required as per the agreed payment

schedule.

Staying at Danny's accommodation (Quality 4 Students) was the right decision. Coming

from far away (Im from the US) and entering a foreign place and not knowing a single

person is scary. But staying here I got the chance to meet people from all over the world

and we have become like a family from the first day. It's an amazing experience because

The way that Danny and the staff at Quality 4 Students understood our worries before

coming and gave everything and more than I imagined made my introduction to UK

our welfare, and they put on many social activities for us throughout our stay which has

been fantastic. I love staying here because I know there's always someone to go out with as

there is something to do every night if you want to - or in my case someone volunteering

themselves to go to the hospital with you in the middle of the night but thats another

story!

"From the first moment that I called Danny I understood how friendly and helpful he was, he helped

me with my suitcases and I could see that he did the same thing with every student, he picked them

up in the car from different places to accompany them to their accommodations. Our house is very

big and it's one of the best I've seen around. Nothing is missing, and even when we need some little

tools for the house Danny brings them. I've met people from all over the world and we have a great

community through the Facebook group that they have. It was a perfect choice for me and all of the

We really do provide most items to make your stay as easy as possible. All

students receive a welcome pack prior to arrival telling you exactly what to

expect and what you should bring with you. We have worked with UK &

International students for many years and some of you may have been given

our details by students who have stayed with us previously. We know that

you will enjoy the amazing experience that Nottingham will give you and the

More About us....We have operated in Nottingham for over 7 years. We

have worked closely with both Universities over these years to ensure

excellent standards of short and long term accommodation for UK and

International visitors. We pride ourselves on our service to students, as we

know that it can be quite a scary experience moving to another country. We

offer properties with great facilities, in safe areas, which offer a community of

students who you can share and enjoy your experiences with.

All properties are mixed sex and mixed nationality. We understand that (for

many of you) it is important that you practise your English. We have UK

students staying with us and also English speaking students from Australia,

USA, Canada etc.

The International student community in Nottingham is very large. You will

meet students from all over Europe and the World and I am sure that it will be

an experience you never forget. We hope that staying in our accommodation is
