• 250 or more employees or

• annual turnover and its annual balance sheet exceed £42.5m and £36.5m, respectively.

• Corporate groups that contain one qualifying organisation require the whole group to comply

• It excludes public sector organisations (but includes third-sector organisations)

• Allows franchisees to ‘opt in’ to group reporting
