- Attain minimum 50% from THREE areas of Professional Experience

WHAT ‘CRITICAL’ MEANS
- To examine and judge carefully, NOT to find fault with
- Analysis could be
“highlight the shortcomings of the project, its processes, the team members, anddecisions and actions” show that the candidate understands what went wrong andwhy, have lessons learnt and able to criticise in a constructive and professional way
and/or
“highlight the success of the project, its processes, the team members, anddecisions and actions” show that the candidate understands why it succeeded, howto avoid many problems and pitfalls encountered on construction projects

- Brief overview of the project in general at the start of CA
- Provide enough information for panel to understand candidate’s report
- Set out the report with the following aspects Key issues Options, pros and cons Proposed solution, and why Conclusion Reflective Analysis (Critical Appraisal) of experience gained
- Identify key issues. Don’t select too many key issues. It must be at thedepth of Level 3 of the various competencies
- Do not include irrelevant issues
