Meaning The minimum required RX threshold corresponding to CPICH RSCP. The

UE can camp on the cell only when the measured CPICH RSCP is greater

than the value of this parameter. The setting of Qrxlevmin should be

related to Qqualmin. The higher the parameter is, the more difficult it is for

the UE to reside in the cell. The lower parameter is, the easier it is for the

UE to reside in the cell, but it is possible that the UE cannot receive the

system messages that are sent through the PCCPCH. For detailed

information, refer to 3GPP TS 25.331 10.3.2.3.
