Title: What Is Preferred Selling Price in Price Group

1. Set a Price Groups example: Online Customer

2. Create a Customer Name: Ameera and set the Price Group as Online Customer

3. For this Stock: BK76, Stock Name: BAJU KURUNG, normal Sales Price is RM 250.

4. But if I want to set online customer selling of this item is RM 80,

Then I can set this rules in Sales > Customer Pricing Rules

5. Create a rule and select Price Group as Online Customer, select the particular Stock: BK76 and set

custom Price: RM 80.00

6. So in Sales Invoice, I select this customer: AMEERA (since it price group is Online Customer) when

I sell this item BK76, the Unit Price will automatically show as RM 80.00.

It will follow as setting in customer pricing rules.

7. Let say I have created another Pricing Rules, I set customer Ameeraa and sell the same item as

Price: RM 50.00.

In this situation, I have 2 pricing rules, which as below

Price Group Stock Selling Price

Online Customer BK 76 RM 80

Ameera BK 76 RM 50

8. So if I sell to Ameera, should system show the selling price as RM 80 or RM 50 since both

condition is fulfilled? In this case, if the system option setting – Referred selling price set as

lower price, then system will take RM 50

9. Sales Invoice > Customer: AMEERA > Stock Code: BK76 > Unit Price: 50.00
